Rare Find… Just traded at the local new car dealer here is a terrific running Legend sedan that shines beautifully and is ready to take anywhere today. The mechanicals of the car all seem tip-top with a strong V6 motor that runs with good power, no puddles underneath, only an ABS light on mention but the brakes feel great and it has newer upgraded wheels and like-new matching tires as well. The transmission shifts smooth and it tracks straight going down the road. The interior is in good shape overall with clean carpets, original mats, aftermarket stereo sounds good, sunroof/windows/locks operate and the A/C blows ice cold. Even the heated seats work. There are some splits on the seat bottoms but the previous owner has two replacement seats, the driver’s side being a clean one and the passenger side also looks good with one hole in the leather (see picture). A plastic trim piece around an air vent is missing and there are some nicks and scratches around the inside. The body of the car looks very nice with shiny metallic white paint, no dents, and nice clear lights. There are small nicks, dings, and scratches and the rear quarters show bubbling under the paint but there are no holes. Whether you know that these cool cars are getting harder to find or just want a neat looking reliable sedan to scoot around in, this one will be sold with no reserve so thanks for looking and good luck with the auction. It is the buyer’s responsibility to perform a pre-sale inspection or express any and all concerns prior to placing a bid and prior to winning the final binding auction. If you win an auction and we don’t receive your $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction end, we will relist the car or offer a second chance offer to the next highest bidder. Wholesale & Prior to Re-Conditioning The cars you see on our eBay auctions are what we would call “raw trade-ins” from the new car dealers. These are cars that have not been cleaned, have not been run through shops, and have not been repaired in preparation for a sale. Buying a car in this Wholesale Capacity allows you to buy the car for less money and me to do less work. There will be assumed costs on minor defects and routine-maintenance items that come with being used. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Administrative Fee We have sold over 5000 cars on eBay in the last six years and have never charged any fees. However, the cost of doing business recently has skyrocketed out of sight and we are forced at this time to ask for a nominal $75 fee on top of the price of the car sold and any motor vehicle fees. I truly apologize for this change in policy however the cost of doing business and the increasing number of no show bidders dictates this moderate administrative fee. Motor Vehicle & Issuing of Plates Within walking distance of our car lot, there is a Pennsylvania-state motor vehicle agent that will issue Pennsylvania license plates and out-of-state temporary 60 day plates for the state fee of $70. They will accommodate all our customers within their normal business hours which are 9-5PM on weekdays and on Saturdays from 9-12PM, same as our hours. You can of course bring your own license plates / temporary tags if your state allows. It is mandatory that if you need plates you bring with you your drivers license and your insurance card for your present car. Names, addresses and dates must be valid on both items. State fees apply. “0” feedback bidders should call or email prior to placing your bid We do not want to discourage you from bidding, only to verify that you are serious! Without this contact your bid will be cancelled. Payment If you are a winning bidder, kindly contact me via email immediately at the end of the auction for verification. Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $500 via PayPal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 7 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via MasterCard or Visa; however, payment in full cannot be made with a credit card or PayPal. If payment of the car is not fulfilled within the specified time, deposit in-full will be forfeited, the car will be offered for re-sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Info About This Car:- Has not been driven in about 7 years. Last time the engine rolled over was around 2013, it then sat in the garage or in the driveway. * There was an attempt to start the engine a week ago, but it did not start. I tried to start it again by hooking up the car to another car's battery, however the car still did not start. The car's issues may be quite easy to fix, but the exact issue is unknown.***This car is being sold "As Is." It may be an easy fix, but it also might be best as a car used for its parts. - Had AC problems the last time it was being driven.- Right passenger window is finicky and has been known to get stuck.- There are minor debris dents on the car, the left taillight has a crack, and the left side mirror has a crack. Please see photos to get an idea of the cars exterior condition. - Leather on the seats has cracks; however door upholstery, interior upholstery, and other surfaces are in pretty great shape (see photos).- Trunk interior is in great shape, - Door locks, trunk lock, glovebox lock, and hood all lock and open fine.- Tires were last replaced around 2013 and have plenty of tread life left in them (however the car has not moved much since 2013). ***Please look photos over carefully!
