I purchased this 528 Touring in 2010. At the time i lived in Minnesota. Under my care it was never driven in winter. Presently the car is t my home near Lake of the Ozarks in Missour.The paint color is beautiful and I get compliments on it all the time. It has been maintained to a very high standard with frquent services using OEM parts and lubri moly lubricants. The cooling system was completly over hauled using a Stewart High Performance water pump as well as converting to aluminum pulleys. All hoses and belts. Modifications include Fortune Coilovers, M5 rear sway bar, Bav Auto front stress bar, Shark ECM modification, AFE air intake. Very nice looking touring in a great color combo. Includes custom cover and OEM alloy wheels.

I work in a European Auto Repair shop and the customer who owned this car serviced it regularly at our shop. About 6 months ago he lost the water pump, drove it to far hot and blew a head gasket. He decided not to fix and sold the car to me as my wife had a similar E39 and I thought I would use as a parts car. I just sold wife's car so I don't need this now. Over the years this car has had new headlight, alternator, starter, radiator, AC compressor, All suspension has been replaced, new drive shaft, etc. You get the picture! This is a good candidate for a replacement motor or or whatever you have in mind. The interior is very clean and this car has never been smoked in. This was a good running driving car before he overheated engine. It's been sitting for 8 months and the battery is dead so I don't know exact millage but to be safe let's say 200K. It is missing wheel center caps, and one of the kidney grills and mirror cover as someone helped themselves to those parts while sitting in the yard. Otherwise car was locked. Has one key and clean clear title. This should go without saying. Car is not drive-able and must be trailer-ed from my location.

Additonally the front bumper cover was replaced with a new M5 at that time the hood and front fenders were refinished to a very high standard the paint match is perfect. The staggered Beyern wheels are mated to nexen tires with less than 1500 miles on them. The rear fenders where rolled to accomodate the larger tire but they will rub under certain circumstances.
