It cites major frame damage which is completely untrue and not to be trusted. The car was involved in a minor sideswipe with repairs totaling $3,800, most of which was the Auto Dimming mirror. There is not, nor has there ever been any structural damage done to this car. Finally, there is absolutely no evidence of this ever happening on the car. I have attached a link to a copy of a CARFAX I obtained which tells the real story and is far more thorough. If you are a serious buyer, I will happily pay for you to obtain your own CARFAX. Brakes, Oil, Coolant, and alignment freshly completed. There is very little to no cosmetic damage on the interior. The plastic trim on the steering wheel has begun to bubble a little bit as you will see on nearly every e90 chassis. As for the exterior, There is one small scratch on the hood above the BMW Roundel and a scuff at the top center of the rear bumper presumably from parallel parking, and the top seal above the windshield is beginning to fall apart from the sun, but noes not leak at all. This is also very common on this platform. Mechanically, Everything functions as it should. Rod bearings were done @ 62k Miles. The shifter is tight and notchy, clutch is butter smooth on engagement with excellent pedal feel. the suspension makes no squeaks, creaks, or rattles. As seen in the pictures, the engine bay is clean and free from any leaks. The bottom of the car is immaculate and rust-free as it has not been winter driven. Rotors and pads have plenty of life on them no issues. The car lowered on Eibach spring, rides great. While I owned it I replaced both engine mounts, spark plugs, drop in air filter, both throttle actuators, and both primary o2 sensors. The previous owner mentioned that the rod bearings were replaced but he did not have receipts for the work done but the engine sounds and runs great. I am selling a beautiful M3 sedan. Always garage kept, and well maintained. I am the third owner, and knew the previous owner - so I know the cars history for the last 4 years. It has been adult owned and it shows. There are no issues with this car inside or out. There was a claim on the back quarter panel from the previous owner, when a neighbor backed into it, but it was repaired perfectly. SMG transmission works perfectly. Everything on the car is great. I am selling my 2008 VF Engineering Supercharged E92 M3. Its time to start a new project and let someone else enjoy this beast as much as I have.This is a garage kept show car with only the best parts installed. PARTS LIST-VF Engineering Stage 2- with Tial Blow Off Valve Car makes 525 Horse Power to the wheels with a custom tune from VF and a tune on the transmission as well for faster shifting and an overall better drive ability from stock- ESC red air scoops-Work Miesters 19 inch matte black ( discontinued for this vehicle)-Tires-245 front-285 rear approximately 60% thread left-Aero Dynamics front( painted carbon-fiber/Side and rear Diffuser - Gloss Black- CLS style true carbon fiber trunk painted and faded to expose the carbon -LCI 2012 taillights-BC racing fully adjustable coil-over suspension-IPE header back exhaust system-Catalytic converters replaced with test pipes- 30% tint all around I have all stock parts except the factory exhaust system- which Im sure I can source out if thats a deal breaker.Factory 19 inch wheels have about 70% thread life and are in great shape I also have a brand new in box bmw rotors and brake pads for the car, I planned on replacing once winter hits.
