General Terms If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction by phone (404)-844-3490 or by email through eBay or [email protected] to set up payment arrangements.We require a $1000 non-refundable deposit(unless any default on the car is found that is not stated) which must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. This deposit can be made through PayPal to [email protected]. In the alternative, you can make your deposit via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required time frame and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. Out of state buyers are not charged tax but are responsible for the documentation fee. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. You will receive 30-day in-transit tags. There will be a $500 mandatory charge attached to all sales to cover document, notary fees, and title fees.
