Hello again, viewers, this is J. I present to you another vehicle, as I downsize my collection, a 2008 Cadillac DTS. Asking $5000.00, OBO. (I CAN BE FLEXIBLE :-) Note: I posted in "Good" condition only because, excellent condition to me, sends a message of perfect, without any flaws, and I've seen many vehicles, posted as such, "excellent" of which they are not, with many flaws/defects. So, just thought I'd clarify that.. I purchased this vehicle in October of 2016, with 98,000 miles, almost a year ago, in Checotah Oklahoma, from the 2 owner, whose wife passed away. I drove vehicle 116 miles back to Oklahoma City, no problems, used as daily driver since, current mileage, 113,000, Car is still utilized, so mileage will change, but not greatly) I am the 3rd owner. Vehicle purchased from Lake Country Chevrolet/Cadillac in Muskogee Oklahoma, always dealer serviced, with detailed service entries from previous owner, and since purchased by myself, serviced at Bob Moore Cadillac, of Oklahoma City, with all service records accounted. Vehicle, always garaged, is in exceptional condition, both interior, and exterior, no body damage, no wrecks, no rust, has a few common blemishes, with touch up, but not easily noticeable, unless pointed out, solid drive train, all equipment/features in working order. Vehicle is fully equipped with; Remote Start - Remote/Keyless entry, (2 Remotes) (Remotes will need replacing, one works, 2nd one needs battery, or may just need replacing) Heated Leather seats - Heated steering wheel - OnStar/Satellite capability - Navigation System (also plays -regular DVD's, but only plays DVD's when vehicle's in park mode) CD Player - Driver/Passenger/Side Airbags Front/Rear bumper sensors - (These, just to name a few) Services performed; Regular Oil changes, fluids checked - Battery replaced in 2018 New Water Pump - Replaced Driver Headlight - Replaced left front wheel hub assembly - Rear Rotors replaced -(brakes are good) Front Rotors turned -(brakes are good) Things needed; Eventually Replacing Remotes Needing Power Steering pressure hose - leaks, the one thing that will need attention...this is the only known leak. Power Steering fluid levels need checking/filling whenever driving... One or more Tire sensors need replacing, indicator stays illuminated in dash. The routine 100k complete recommended service- Which includes; Engine air filter - Pollen filter - Induction service - Transmission service - Coolant Service - Spark plugs - (no issues found) This vehicle has its normal wear, for the average vehicle in use, but for its age, and under the mileage for its year, it has been cared for very well. I have disclosed every, possible thing I can, and that I am aware of, to date, anything not mentioned is not intentional, and/or mere oversight, or unbeknownst to me. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Miracle Autosport does charge a document fee of $299 on all purchases. For Out of State (Non-NJ Resident) the only fee beyond that will be a $51 title fee. These fees are non-negotiable. This fee includes a 20 Day Temporary Tag and processing. New Jersey Residents are required to pay the actual cost of registering the vehicle; this ranges between $135 and $170 depending on the vehicle and if there is a lien on the title. Any overage charged will be refunded after the title work is complete. This price difference is due to the state of NJ raising their prices. NJ Residents are also required to pay 6.625% sales tax at our location at the time of sale. Non-residents are not subject to the NJ sales tax. 8) Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We are the legal owner of every vehicle we sell unless specified otherwise, we are not responsible if there is a delay in the title work that is out of our control. No title is sent until the full balance owed is paid. If payment is made by personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. 9) Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified in the auction. Verify with the shipper for an estimate time of arrival to be sure. Again, Miracle Autosport is not the shipper; we just help you to facilitate plans. 10) Finalizing your Purchase: Buyer MUST communicate with Miracle Autosport by e-mail or phone (609)587-1986 to make arrangements to complete their transaction and leave a deposit ($500 unless otherwise agreed). This deposit is needed to secure your purchase and must be done within 24 hours of the agreement to purchase. We reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer before purchase is secured. We will use all available recourse to recover lost fees.
