I am selling a white 1995 Ford Aerostar van. The van had a new engine put in at 100k miles and the new engine only has around 88k miles on it. The van also has a brand new battery, fairly new tires, and also includes a spare tire with a rim. The original plastic back bumper has been removed and replaced with a reinforced bumper made of wood and bound with metal for added security. There are power windows and a panel on both side doors that can lock or unlock every door in the vehicle, including the trunk. In addition, a white vehicle offers added security by being the easiest color to see at night, and it is the most popular color of vehicle available. The van has working AC and heat with front and separate rear control, cigarette lighter plugs in both the front and rear, AM/FM stereo and cassette player with sound and volume control in both the front and the rear, and at least 4 cup holders. There are 2 bucket seats in the front and 2 rows of bench seats in the rear, both of which can be removed from the vehicle or folded down to create extra space when not in use. Although the rear bumper has been reinforced, the front of the van still has a plastic bumper and part of it has come off and there are a few small dents around that area (see pictures). There is also a small dent near the rear, which occurred prior to the installation of the new rear bumper. Another thing to note is that the sliding side door on the van appears to be stuck closed. This happened just recently and it can probably be opened again if you just wanted to fidget with it for awhile, I just haven't felt like doing this. But the trunk does open and both driver and passenger side doors do too. The doors and the trunk can also be locked or unlocked from the inside using a panel on the driver's side or the passengers side. If you are outside and all of the doors are locked, you can unlock one door with the key, then push the panel button to unlock every other door. The front interior light panel of the van has also been removed and the fuse was removed so the interior panel lights don't come on at night. This was due to the sliding door being stuck as I mentioned previously, which was causing the panel lights to stay on indefinitely. But the panel lights can be fixed by simply replacing the fuse if desired. I have been driving the van during the day without any problems at all and I don't even notice that the fuse is missing, and there are also separate lights that do come on automatically if you open one or both of the sun visors, so you can open these if you want to have an interior light while driving at night. You could also use a battery powered flashlight or tap light to provide extra light at night. Please note that I can only take a cash payment or a check if it clears before I sign the vehicle over to you.
