This car has been a joy since I purchased it brand new in 2013, and I’m not sure that I’ve ever owned a vehicle that was this fun to drive (and my car history includes an e39 M5!). It has been dependable, getting my family around, economical, I’ve been averaging 29 MPG with a Stage 1 COBB tune, and the performance for such a small car hits well above its weight class. I have now expanded my family and can no longer get them all in my car so I have to move on from this wonderful vehicle, but if it wasn’t for that I’d still be driving it for another 80k miles. I’ve had it since new and serviced it every 5k miles with Mobil 1 full synthetic as the recommended by for up to 30k miles, which is when the warranty ended. Since then I have switched to Royal Purple HPS and royal purple filters which were serviced every 10k miles. The car has a COBB Stage 1 performance pack on it, which was installed around 35k miles and consists of a tune, motor mount, and filter; it considerably changed the character of the car and its acceleration will surprise most people. I replaced the pads and rotors on all four corners at 60k miles with EBC Red Stuff Ceramic Pads and slotted StopTech rotors. New tires at 70k miles. The car was ordered from the factory with every option except the sun roof and I have yet to see another Blue ST equally equipped. Faults with the car are few. It has a small rock strike on the windshield, a dent on the driver side rear fender from a parking lot hit and run, and several chips out of the hood from normal wear and tear associated with a daily driven vehicle with 80k+ miles on it. She has been garage kept from new and kept cleaned and detailed with Griots Garage products. I have priced the vehicle accordingly given the few cosmetic issues and given its mileage. I am confident in its value and when compared with most other vehicles from a dealership it is a damn bargain. A great vehicle with a performance and fun factor that’s un-equaled at this price point.
