- 2003 Mazda MPV LX - Can be yours - Excellent Condition - This van has been in our family for past 15 years and mostly used for commuting from here up to Idaho. We keep very good care of our cars, always kept up with maintenance and it shows. Converted the back to a custom configuration (elevated wood frame with pad on top) where one or two people can sleep with room for storage. This van doesn't have any of the original back seats. Interior is in fantastic shape, no tears or big stains. It's in great shape... come out and take it for a test drive. AC runs strong and bought new tires and all 4 struts/shocks were replaced in Aug 2016 with 143k miles on the car at the time. We purchased Goodyear Assurance ComforTred Touring tires which is a 70k mile rated tire, they still look great. Plus, with the new shocks, the van drives so nice. Check engine lite is on. Mechanic said it's an Oxygen sensor. Nothing effect driving at all but needs to be fixed before it will pass CA smog. Sold as-is and only accepting cash-in-hand or cashiers check and we meet at your bank so I can cash it, with you. You will love this van :) We did!

The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, states that buyers can presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale. This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, thus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into smog conformity.
