Hey everyone, I am selling a clean (for its age) 1991 VR4 3000GT Twin Turbo AWD. 112K miles. Clean title. It runs great, shifts fine, and puts out 14PSI of boost (according to an aftermarket boost gauge in the center console). Clutch feels strong as well. I don’t see any rust at all. The inside of the car is very clean besides a few small bezels having cracks. The radio & the temp control are there, but not hooked up (previous owner had an aftermarket sound system it looks like). The paint is pretty dang nice besides some bubbling on the roof and a few cracks in the bumper. All the lights work (flip ups), however, I am not sure about the active aero. Please ask any and ALL questions prior to any bids. The car is pretty much stock. Aftermarket catback, air intake, boost gauge, and turbo timer. We are a salvage yard in Mobile. We bought this car from an auction, found out the only thing wrong was rotted rubber fuel lines, replaced all of the fuel lines, and the car is simply too nice to part.

5 speed, DOHC 24V V6, 220hp @6000, 210ft-lbs @4200, 3150lbs. Car is in excellent condition for its age. Body has very few imperfections, a couple rock chips on front bumper and hood, no big dents, no rust. Stored in winter. Engine runs smooth, makes good compression (~150-160 on all cylinders). Burns a little oil on cold start but not enough to worry about. Has been maintained meticulously. Has a full 2.5" exhaust from the manifolds back. No leaks. Is a little loud but not obnoxious. Goes into all gears and stays in them. Clutch doesnt slip. Nearly brand new Nexen Npriz 235/45r/18 tires. 18" Mitsubishi 7 spoke wheels. Car might need struts soon. Mileage might go up a little, i drive this car sometimes on weekends.

I purchased this car in April, 2012 with 60K miles on it. It is a treat to drive and every bit the grand tourer. I've done some nice trips to both the east and west coasts in it. Long story short, it sits too much. I ride motorcycles and tend to grab a bike on a sunny day. In the time I have owned the car it has needed only oil changes, a new battery, and tires. It runs flawlessly. The top works properly. I have proof of the 60K timing belt change from the prior owner and records of my own maintenance. The engine has been maintained with synthetic oil. The tires were replaced in 2012 and have 9,000 miles on them. They are in excellent condition. This car was one of only 346 VR-4 Spyders made in 1996, and one of 184 with a Red Exterior (R71 Caracas Red) and Tan leather Interior (22E). The car is ready to drive! Clip on driver's side visor is broken. I have the broken piece. The visor stays put without it. Clear coat peeling on the left front headlight. I refinished the headlights with a 3M clear coat kit shortly after buying the car, so it held up for seven years. ABS module removed and warning light bypassed.
