I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared and all other paperwork requirements of the transaction are completed. 4.2. The car is in great mechanical condition with zero problems. Tires in EXCELLENT condition, clean interior recently detailed. NEW air conditioning compressor motor, NEW BRAKES, NEW ROTORS and a NEW BATTERY from AAA with a 3 year warranty. The body has some minor cosmetic imperfections. There where two previous minor accidents as stated in the carfax report. Upon request show of the full report on the vehicle can be given.
