Hi, I have a 1996 Pontiac Trans Am Formula ws6 with 6sp manual transmission, T-Top, VERY RARE CAR. Only 62k miles, Clean Title, no accidents. It runs and drives great and sounds awesome with the Corsa exhaust system. It's being sold "as is" of course since it's over 20yrs old, it has 4.10 diff gears, I just put a brand new clutch in it, lowered on Bilstein suspension all around, steel braided brake lines and for grip it's got Nitto NT01's all around as well, New Optispark distributor with wiring, New water pump since I replaced the Optispark. ********* MARKDOWN ******** I have a 2001 Pontiac Firebird with 5-speed Manual Transmission and 3.8L V6 motor for sale. I bought this car with the intent of driving it and fixing the little things on it but do not have the time. The engine runs GREAT!! Cranks every time, no smoke or knocks. I was told the engine replaced 2 years ago and the transmission just had new clutch, pressure plate and throw-out bearing put in around Fall of 2017. The car runs good, pulls hard and shifts easy. The car has minor scuffs/scratches and some clear coat scaling on the front. Things I know that need repair: A/C needs charging with Freon. Both driver side and passenger side mirrors need to be tightened down. The passenger side headlight needs to be adjusted. (needs adjustment screw tightened to make close completely) The car needs a good cleaning. It has been sitting up since last year. ( It would be good to deep clean all carpets and seats and deodorize ) Clear title , sold as is. No warranty and no refunds.Buyer to arrange for pickup, no shipping.

Ready to Bid? If you’re ready to bid, great! Please keep in mind a few requirements and courtesies. Please intend to, and be ready & able to (financially and otherwise), complete the purchase of the vehicle within the timeframes set out herein. Participating just for sport without the intention to complete the transaction is unfair to me and to other users, and it wastes a lot of time and money. I may obtain the registered information of users participating in my auctions, and may filter or cancel any bids in my discretion. 2.2. I May End An Auction Early. "Buy it now" auctions may end at any time if the buy it now feature is exercised or a "best offer" is accepted. I seldom end "no reserve" auctions early. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion. 3. Completing the Transaction 3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way. 3.2. Pay a Deposit. You must also pay a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the end of the auction to secure the vehicle. 3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes – please see 3.5, below) within 3 days after the end of the auction. 3.4. Payment Methods. I accept wire transfers, cashiers checks, and cash in person (under $10,000 only for cash). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars. 3.5. Fees and Taxes. 3.5.1. Dealer Fee. I charge a $499 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. I dont make exceptions for other licensed dealers. A dealer fee covers administrative papwerork and overnight postage as well as detailing fees for each vehicle. 3.5.2. Sales Tax. 3.5.2.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to collect sales tax at the rate applicable in your county at the time of sale. 3.5.2.2. Out-of-State Buyers. If you have the vehicle shipped to your location, I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your states sales tax directly. If you come to Florida to pick up the vehicle at my location, I am required to collect either your states sales tax, or Floridas 6%, whichever is less. Generally, you will receive a credit in your state for sales tax collected here. If I collect our 6% because your states rate is higher, you will be charged the balance in your state. I always recommend you check with your local tag agency first; although the vast majority of states have a reciprocal sales tax agreement with Florida, a few do not. Some states also have specific forms or procedures that must be used for out-of-state purchases. 3.5.3. Tag & Title. 3.5.3.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $150 to $400 depending on your specific situation. If the actual cost of title and registration is less than the estimate, I will refund you the difference; if the actual cost is more that the estimate, you will be required to pay the difference before getting your tag and title. I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect. 3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicles title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially. 3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion. 4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle 4.1. Shipping. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. You pay the shipper directly and are responsible for delivery arrangements. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared and all other paperwork requirements of the transaction are completed. 4.2. Pick Up. I am located at 8859 Philips Hwy, Jacksonville, FL 32256. If you plan to fly in, I will pick up at JAX - Jacksonville International Airport. Please contact me to make arrangements if you are planning to pick the vehicle up. Vehicles are available for drive-off once full payment and all paperwork requirements are completed. Fees and Taxes 3.5. Fees and Taxes. 3.5.1. Dealer Fee. I charge a $499 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. I dont make exceptions for other licensed dealers. A dealer fee covers administrative papwerork and overnight postage as well as detailing fees for each vehicle. 3.5.2. Sales Tax. 3.5.2.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to collect sales tax at the rate applicable in your county at the time of sale. 3.5.2.2. Out-of-State Buyers. If you have the vehicle shipped to your location, I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your states sales tax directly. If you come to Florida to pick up the vehicle at my location, I am required to collect either your states sales tax, or Floridas 6%, whichever is less. Generally, you will receive a credit in your state for sales tax collected here. If I collect our 6% because your states rate is higher, you will be charged the balance in your state. I always recommend you check with your local tag agency first; although the vast majority of states have a reciprocal sales tax agreement with Florida, a few do not. Some states also have specific forms or procedures that must be used for out-of-state purchases. 3.5.3. Tag & Title. 3.5.3.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $150 to $400 depending on your specific situation. If the actual cost of title and registration is less than the estimate, I will refund you the difference; if the actual cost is more that the estimate, you will be required to pay the difference before getting your tag and title. I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect. 3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicles title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially. 3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion.
