She also said it was a great car she loved it and wished she could keep it (they all say that when their negotiating a trade-in value). There is some rust starting at both rear wheel wells in the bottom front corners on both sides which can be seen in the pictures. The check engine light is on, I scanned it to see what the codes...  are:P101 = Mass or Volume Air Flow A Circuit Range/PerformanceP0300 = Random/Multiple Cylinder Miss Fire DetectedP1312 = I had to Google this code, apparently it has to do with the miss fire code. It could be a DIC or a loose DIC Google the code to find the info if your not sure.P0455 = Evaporation Emission System Leak DetectedP0304 = Cylinder 4 Miss FireThe car runs rough at idle in Drive, if the codes are cleared it will run ok until it has a miss fire. This car is in pretty good condition for the age and miles on it. It may be a great parts car for someone or a fixer up car for someone that knows what their doing. If you're looking at this you know how rare these are. This particular Saab has an ULTRA rare 6-Speed Manual. The car has no mechanical defects. Body wise it has a few scratches and dings but nothing that can be seen from more then 3 ft away. I wanted to keep this car without any paint work. It needs some work but it runs and drives so it can be a rolling project car. I am no mechanic, but consider myself handy enough to know what it realistically could benefit from. I simply have no time to dive into it, so I figured it would be a good car for someone to get a good car at the end. It has a leaking valve cover gasket, exhaust manifold gasket and PCV valve. Good news is that the check engine light is off so it passes emissions. I hooked up a scanner and Short Term Fuel Trim is at 25%, which means it is running very lean. I believe the cause is one of the intercooler pipes that are leaking as you can hear the turbo pushing air out of somewhere when accelerating. Fuel pump is also likely the issue. Has several new parts with $1,400 in receipts for brakes, tune up and spark plugs this past year. Tires have about 60% tread. I will include another set of smaller diameter spare wheels and tires with 80% tread as well. Battery is two years old. Heater blower motor works intermittently, so expect to change it out. Has two keys and two keyfobs, and one fob does not work. Cool features are a rear cargo net partition, a folding hard rear cargo shelf and a sliding floor (see pics.) Interior has dog hair in some areas, no foul odors. Leather seats are fair condition. Power windows and door locks work. Body has various dings and dents, hood is badly scratched from somebody keying it. The sides were also keyed. It did not go to through the metal so it does not have a risk of rust. Speaking of rust, note the areas in front of the rear wheels, there is rust though there. Right foglight is missing, rear emblem is badly faded, several bumper stickers on the back. The two roof rack crossbars are included, but I do not have the keys for them. Sadly, no Gary Fisher bike either. There are probably other issues with it and I am not trying to hide anything, I simply wouldn't know. It is an older car, after all. Drive it away. Clear and open title in hand.
