This is a No-Reserve Auction for the Black Magic Pearl R32 with the lowest miles on the market, arguably the best R32 available! I am a Volkswagen Enthusiast. I am 50 years of age and currently own multiple Volkswagen's including this pristine 2004 Black on Black R32. I purchased this vehicle from what was apparently, a very well-to-do family in Boca Raton, FL whose home was only half a block away from the ocean. The car was in a private garage, along with their personal BMW M Series' & other high end vehicles. I dealt with the nephew of the mom, which unfortunately had the task of selling this vehicle after her 50 plus year old son past away. I could not get much information except that he, the previous owner, had this vehicle as his Weekend-Only driver. It was his baby, which was very apparent to me when I inspected the car all around, including how clean the undercarriage of this vehicle was kept. I could not pass up a vehicle in this pristine condition with such low miles. Since owning the car, I have only logged around 1,000 miles in an effort to maintain this car as much of a collectors car as possible. Of the limited production of 5000 of these R32's in the States, only 750 (15%) of them were Black Magic Pearl. This car has been garage kept, but does show signs of being in the sun such as faded paint on the top sides of the bumpers. The car is now in a private garage for high end car storage. When I purchased the car it came with the following: HPA Rear Stabilizer Bar, Xenon Head Lights, and Multiple suspension upgrades including H&R Coil overs. Since owning the car, I have done a couple tasteful mods such as: Freshly Powder Coating the rims in a Graphite/Gun Metal Grey, Freshly Painted Brake Calibers, Upgraded Turn Signal Indicator Mirrors, All 6 Cylinder Engine Coils have been replaced with Factory Coils at the Volkswagen Dealer, and Newer OEM Headliner. Car has all Original paint from 2004, other than a repainted tail/spoiler that was done with the OEM Factory paint due to some minor fading. Car is truly in impeccable condition with the interior being a SOLID 10 out of 10, and the exterior being a solid 8.5 out of 10 any day of the week. Exterior has some minor scratches on front and rear bumper. I haven't wanted to paint anything else because I wanted to keep it as original as possible. It is a pristine, perfect vehicle. Everything in the vehicle works. I hope this generational sports car goes to someone who will enjoy it as much as I have! Collectors car, 2,134 of 5000. Fully loaded, no leaks or tears and very good condition. Would say mint, but it's 10 years old. 18,000 miles on Pirelli PZero Neros - lots of tread left. All service done by previous owners and myself and still in bone stock condition (no modifications, very rare). Front end looks great as it was re-done last year due to debris in the fans after driving through water (no flood damage). New fans, front quarter panels (factory recall) and had the hood re-sprayed at that time (mint). The rear has a few scratches here and there. Always did more than necessary on service. Ex. on inspection last year one of the rear springs was cracked, I had both replaced so the car would "sit right." Newer main bearing and crankcase sensor due to oil leak - I had them look at the clutches when they were in there and they are fine. New front CV boots too. This car is fast and a blast to drive but no more room so it has to go.
