1994 Volvo 940 Turbo VIN: YV1JS8707R1164043 condition: good cylinders: 4 cylinders drive: rwd fuel: gas odometer: 177949 paint color: white size: full-size title status: clean transmission: automatic type: sedan This is a healthy and reliable Volvo that would make a good daily driver or safe first car. It was my mother's car before she gave it to me. She drove it for years to and from work and the gym. Mechanically, the car starts up and runs without any problems. In the past month, this car has taken me to Hunter Mountain and back. In the past 3 years, it has also seen Ocean City, MD; Barryville, NY; Southampton, NY; Atlantic City, NJ. And everywhere it goes, it gets looks and compliments from diehard Volvo fans who can't believe that it is a Turbo. I am selling because I bought a new car and don't need to hold on to this one. This car has been kept up nicely with necessary repairs and maintenance made in a timely manner. Recent maintence items (within the past 24 months) include 3 new belts, 2 new mufflers, All New brake discs and pads, O2 sensor, fuel pump and filter. The car has received regular oil changes about every 3000 miles. The tires have life to be lived. The interior: I had the front seats reupholstered where the leather was worn out. I replaced the factory radio with something that had USB, AUX, and Bluetooth. I replaced the 4 speakers with Kickers a year ago. For the negatives: The sunroof can be glitchy, you need to hold down a flap when it retracts. There is a bit of rust on the rear door and above the wheels. There is a crack in the AC condenser that needs to be replaced (approx. $400). I didn't replace it because I was shopping for a new car and got used to doing all my driving at night with the windows down and the roof open. I bought this car from a storage auction a few years ago.I've had new starter, muffler pipes,hoses,had keys made,when I got a transmission tuneup the mechanic did something wrong and it won't start.Inside is good except one small tear as shown in picture.I had new fuse box installed.No dents,has a broken cover on back light.Gas door has tape to hold door on.Has been sitting under tree for awhile.I have payment papers from storage.I just can't afford to put any more money in car.Might need new tires.Tires does air up.This is a pickup only.I was told by the last mechanic I needed I believe neutral safety switch.

Solid car, runs and drives good. Has been my daily driver for the last 6 weeks. Good tires, good brakes, new battery. New 130 amp alternator, new crankshaft position sensor. Comes with 2 extra rims and good studded snow tires.
