I got my car appraised at CarMax today at 8:10pm on 12/14/2018. And the car will remain in my garage until sold. They offered me $14,500 on the spot. They had a car expert whose seen thousand and thousand of cars inspect it and give this price. He said it's a perfect car besides the Trunk lid/Rear gate dent which is barley noticeable. Brand new tires, I got them a little early because of winter. The car also has a $1,600 speaker system. Nothing else is after market. I've gotten quotes to get the dent repaired and in my area it's $980. And the speakers would cost $203 to remove. The car salesman told me that they always want to make $3,500.00-$4,000.00 for a comparable car like mine. Which means the value they think it's worth is $18,000.00-$18,500.00. Considering the dent I'd like to get $17,320.
