Vehicle Description Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Ryan and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and...drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1997 Acura RL with only 117k from new. I would rate the exterior of this Acura to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage. This Acura is finished in black with a matching black leather interior. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with the age and mileage. On this specific Acura, there is nothing more than what you can see in the pictures. The clear coat is pealing in places and there is a small rust spot on the right rear fender. There is also a scrape on the left rear door and the windshield has a chip in it. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. I would also rate the interior of this Acura to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seats are soft supple and very comfortable. The rear windows don't seem to want to work. So I don't know if its a problem with the windows or the switch. The front power windows work properly. The power locks, seats, mirror and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater blows hot but it's been a little cold to tell weather the air conditioner blows cold or not. The audio system is original and has factory navigation. I couldn't seem to get it to turn on though. Might just be a blown fuse. The trunk is spacious and clean, too. again, please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Acura appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.5L V6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I haven't noticed any leaks and the engine dose not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good but the steering feels a little looser than I am used to. I did noticed a cv joint clicking when you turn all the way to the left at low speeds. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. These were the cars that Acura made to compete with the Mercedes S class. In my opinion, they did a great Job on it and the motors are smooth as silk. Plus its Japanese so it will run forever. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
