Up for sale is my 2005 Audi s4 Avant, the car has 158,700 miles on it and runs great. 6 speed manual transmission. The car is 1 of 33 made by Audi, the spec being Brilliant black exterior, Ebony interior and manual transmission. The car has all season weather floor mats from Audi, the trim has been wrapped with a 3m carbon fiber vinyl, and it still has the original cargo cover in the trunk. Paint is believed to be all original except for the drivers front fender which was repainted after a parking lot incident a previous owner had. There are some chips on the front end, small scratches on the roof, a ding on the drivers door and there is some sun fading on the wheel arches. All in all the exterior looks great for a 14 year old car! The interior is in excellent condition as you can see in the pictures. This car does have a few aftermarket extras on it, Including: -H&R street performance coilover kit, complete height adjustability (Retail, $1,200) -Raxles CV axels, all four. (Retail, $2,700) -Fast intentions Exhaust (Retail, $1,350) -Rs4 19in replica double spoke alloy-wheels ($1,000) -034 motorsports Solid rear Sway Bar, Rear End links, and Front End links (Retail, $600) -034 motorsports snub mount with zero gap bracket (Retail, $85) -Ecs tuning engine, transmission, and differential mounts (Retail, $536+) -Full metal heavy duty front control arms -Rs4 pedals -Tinted Windows Right now the car has an ABS light on, I have recently replaced both rear sensors after I was told that's why the light was on. Could be as simple as having an Audi specialist reset the light. Although the light is on, the ABS works perfectly. The only other problem is the common sagging headliner in the trunk area, which I honestly forgot about because it is not really visable. In the last 500 miles the car has had an oil change, power steering flush and new fluid, as well as brand new Federal Evo ST1 tires(235/40/19). Brand new center caps were installed when the tires were put on. I also have partial service records going back to 2009 and a carfax history report. Car is located in Tucson, AZ but it can be shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states at buyers expense. I can help with arranging the shipping.

JHM Stage 1 Supercharged Audi S4 with loads of extra parts available upon request This is a very well taken care of car that has been modified tastefully. The vehicle has been mostly serviced and modified by JH Motorsports. In certain pictures it is actually in the shop at JHM.The engine has had a timing chain service with the JHM Full Plus kit used. In addition to that the front crankshaft seal, radiator, clutch slave cylinder, windshield wiper motor and linkage/bracket have been replaced as well. This S4 started out in the Pacific NW, and came to AZ in late 2017 and has been in AZ since. Carfax available for interested parties. Clean AZ Title. This S4 is running and driving in great shape. No stored codes. No engine lights, nor any warning lights on the dash. Overall a clean vehcile, and a great example of a 14 year old car. Paint is in good shape. Carfax shows an accident reported in 2/2017. It is a very vague report and I don't have any information on that, as it was long before I ever saw the car. While looking at the car, if I had to guess, it appears the front bumper and the driver front fender have had previous paint work. It is done well, but on a red car, you can see that it has had previous paint work. Most buyers would not notice this, but disclosing all that I can as we are selling on eBay, and most likely this vehicle will be shipped out of state. Leather Recaro seats are in good shape, showing minimal wear on the driver seat, most on the door side bolster and seat bottom. Headliner in good shape, not sagging. The driver side air vent is missing the selector knob to adjust the vent opening. The soft peel on the console and interior shows very well, and in much better shape than many Audi's you see of this era. Tow hook cover on the front bumper is not missing in the picture, but is now on the car. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. 7) Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Miracle Autosport does charge a document fee of $299 on all purchases. For Out of State (Non-NJ Resident) the only fee beyond that will be a $51 title fee. These fees are non-negotiable. This fee includes a 20 Day Temporary Tag and processing. New Jersey Residents are required to pay the actual cost of registering the vehicle; this ranges between $135 and $170 depending on the vehicle and if there is a lien on the title. Any overage charged will be refunded after the title work is complete. This price difference is due to the state of NJ raising their prices. NJ Residents are also required to pay 6.625% sales tax at our location at the time of sale. Non-residents are not subject to the NJ sales tax. 8) Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We are the legal owner of every vehicle we sell unless specified otherwise, we are not responsible if there is a delay in the title work that is out of our control. No title is sent until the full balance owed is paid. If payment is made by personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. 9) Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified in the auction. Miracle Autosport will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! All shipping arrangements are made via 3rd Party licensed carrier. Licensed carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom or any delays in shipping for any reason. All shipping arrangements are provided by Miracle Autosport as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Miracle Autosport. You are always welcome to arrange for shipping on your own. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 5-21 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an estimate time of arrival to be sure. Again, Miracle Autosport is not the shipper; we just help you to facilitate plans. 10) Finalizing your Purchase: Buyer MUST communicate with Miracle Autosport by e-mail or phone (609)587-1986 to make arrangements to complete their transaction and leave a deposit ($500 unless otherwise agreed). This deposit is needed to secure your purchase and must be done within 24 hours of the agreement to purchase. We reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer before purchase is secured. We will use all available recourse to recover lost fees. Deposit will be in the amount of $500.00 by major credit card, cash in person, or bank certified funds (no refunds on deposit unless the car is found to be not as advertised). Balance of payment is due within 5 business days/ If Deposit is made but payment is not finalized in time allowed in these terms then the car may be relisted and your deposit will be forfeited to Miracle Autosport unless other arrangements have been made with us. If for any reason, Buyer changes mind at any point after deposit is made, the deposit will be forfeit. Before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and documented Seller. 11) Storage: Please also note that a storage fee of $25 per day will be charged starting one week from conclusion of auction unless arrangements are made either in writing or via email that state otherwise. No title will be released until this bill is paid in full. If your travel arrangements prevent you from getting the vehicle within that time frame contact us FIRST. Our space is at a premium; we must always plan accordingly. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.
