Selling my restored Mk1 (2001) Audi TT roadster (FWD; non-quattro) in a Nimbus Grey (precursor to Nardo Grey) Mileage: 90,800 (may move slightly)5-speed manualFWD (easier to maintain over quattro models due to less complicated suspension and drivetrain) The TT has had an extensive restoration over the last few months and has received the following NEW parts since December 2018 and has been extensively documented on Audizine (Audi Enthusiast Forum): - timing belt- timing belt tensioner- timing tensioner pully- serpentine belt- serpentine OEM belt tensioner pulley - water pump- thermostat- front crank seal- brake fluid- coolant- power steering fluid- spark plugs- cabin air filter- air filter- spark plugs- clutch cylinder bleed- oil cap gasket- coolant reservoir- dipstick tube- new OEM airbag control module (ECU)- cam chain tensioner- valve cover gasket- half moon seal (part of valve cover gasket job)- full front/rear shocks & struts- new bushings in front control arms- tie rod ends- sway bar end links- ball joints- bushings for front sway bar (not installed but have on hand)- vehicle alignment- fuel filter- reconditioned OEM starter- OEM Diverter Valve (DV) (recycles turbo air back into closed engine system)- new OEM transmission fluid (not yet filled but will include in sale) Non-engine related upgrades: - all weather floor mats (original MK1 TT from Audi)- factory OEM tonneau cover- oem mirror control switch- factory switchblade key NEEDS: - new windshield (est. $300 from previous quotes)- new motor in dashpod for fuel gauge ($15 part) and could benefit from new LCD screen when replacing fuel display motor; fuel readings are accurate from LCD display Based off everything I've performed this car is ready for another 60,000 miles or 7 years without any major maintenance required. At that time it is ready for a new timing belt based on Audi's recommended service interval. **Happy to provide the latest VAG-Com scan to show the car has zero error codes and is ready to be enjoyed for summer. These Mk1s are becoming rarer to find in an unmolested examples. This was a CA car from 2001 to 2018 and I can provide the carfax and original window sticker upon request.
