This particular e46 has been upgraded for performance with an Active AutoWerke supercharger kit. This kit includes a Rotrex supercharger, a front mount intercooler and fuel system upgrades. With these upgrades, the estimated horsepower is around 500. Needless to say, this is a healthy bump from stock which means it's just that much more fun to drive. This M3 has the optional SMG2 transmission which is a manual transmission which has multiple manual and automatic modes. This transmission is great for the driving enthusiast who likes the feel of shifting a race car. That said, there are automatic modes that make it just as easy to drive as any old automatic.
