The car is in beautiful condition, belying the mileage; pictures do not do it justice. The M3 with the 6-speed manual transmission is one of the last “drivers cars” available. Featuring a 6-Speed... manual gearbox, OEM handling upgrades and top of the line suspension and tires, this car offers the “connected” feel rarely found in the digital cars currently offered by the automotive establishment. The factory “Competition Package” option features modified ride height, stiffer shock damping, additionally variable Electronic Damper Control, and forged 19” wheels. This package was an additional $2,500. According to the BMW M registry, only 5,870 of these cars were produced. In stock form these cars offer stunning performance; the 4.0 litre V8 with its screaming 8300 rpm redline produces 414 horsepower, and propels the car to 60 mph in just 4.3 seconds! This M3 has been equipped with $4900 of specialty DINAN parts, including the P1 tuning Package, Front Carbon Fiber Strut Tower Brace and a High Flow Carbon Fiber Intake Tube. The Dinan equipment adds both performance, and “bling” to the car. The Space Gray Metallic Paint is excellent with great shine and luster and few blemishes. There is a drip mark on the hood, that looks like someone dripped brake fluid. It does not show up in pictures, but it is there. Likewise, the two-tone black and grey interior is in great condition, with issue anywhere and only mild wear on the seat bolster. This car has been dealer maintained its entire life and comes with a 2” binder filled with all records. In January of 2017 at 84,518 miles, BMW of North Haven completed a transmission swap under warranty including a new flywheel and clutch. The close-ratio 6-Speed transmission shifts well and the clutch engages as designed. The car got new tires (Hankook Ventus V12) and a brake fluid flush just 800 miles ago and the car is up to date on all service. The 2012 M3 is one of the last BMW’s to feature a naturally aspirated V8, connected to a true manual gearbox and with the desirable competition pack, only adds to its “connected” drivers feel. BMW M3 2003 Flawless, only 66k miles, SMG, Hardtop Convertible, SUPER CLEAN! I am ONLY the 3rd owner (please view its Carfax reported for free here in this auction). Car has always been a PA and NJ vehicle only. Runs strong, ZERO issues! Car runs and drives perfectly as well as all of the functions for the vehicle including the convertible top. 19” mint wheels (OEM) with no curb marks/scratches, and all four tires have about 80 to 90% life left on them. Navigation screen (no dead pixels at all) works perfect. ALL options included for 2003, including PDC (parking distance control)! SMG transmission is quick and smooth in all 6 gears. Car ONLY has 66k miles on it (an average of less than 4,400 miles/year), very low mileage for a 2003 car and overall! Always garaged and maintained by my local BMW dealership (has all receipts). Back up for sale is my Beloved low mileage 2003 BMW M3 E46 SMG. I decided to keep it but have no more room in my garage. This car was garaged, dealer maintained, and babied its whole life. She has absolutely no issues everything works and works well! The SMG shifts perfect and is never driven hard, The oil is always changed early and only with the BMW specified oil. The car is mechanically bone stock and unmolested the only mods were the upgraded Infotainment system and the addition of the 18 inch wheels. The car can also come with 19 inch mesh wheels with brand new tires if the buyer prefers. The car is perfect and does not show its age at all. You will not find a cleaner better example of an E46 M3 convertible. I know because I looked for this car for a couple of years. It is a two owner car, clean carfax, Garage kept in a temperature, and moisture controlled garage, and kept meticulous. The car is not driven in snow and very rarely does it see rain as it is my 5th car. The subframe is perfect and this is also not one of the cars effected by the engine recall. The infotainment system I installed operates on android and I hook it up to the mobile hotspot on my phone and you can do anything you can do on your phone such as, Netflix, Google Maps, Email, KODI etc. I hate to sell it but I am trying to buy a house and need the money for that endeavor.
