Owner #1 lived in FL.Owner #1 moved to Michigan and titled the car there in early 2001, with apprx 37k miles.Sold in April 2006 at 47,120 miles to Owner #2, an adult enthusiast.I was told car was always garaged by previous owners and stored during winter months while in MI/ILPurchased by another enthusiast, Owner #3, November 2008 at 49,144 miles and brought to NH.He only drove it on sunny days from May-October and properly stored it during the winter, always garaged at his house when not in use.Owner #4 flew to New Hampshire and drove it 10 hours to Hunt Valley, MD. The car had 63,500 miles when picked up in May of 2014.I am Owner #5 in Westminster, MD. I bought the car in September of 2016 with 89,xxx and continued the garage/weekend treatment. The car currently has 95,xxx. Operational Condition:Runs perfectly. Clutch is direct with no slippage. Gear changes are smooth. Brakes are strong No check engine lights. No OBC errors. Occasional low beam headlight error(due to HID headlights...they fire up everytime with no issues). No electrical issues. Very very slight rough idle on cold start for exactly 30 seconds then smooth. No codes or engine light. No issues starting/driving.Exterior/Paint:Original paint except front bumper (I had the front bumper sanded and repainted due to rock chips/scratches and replaced all of the molding, lower grill, and front lip. Paint matches perfectly as you can see in the pictures.) All original body panels. No accidents.The paint is in great condition, shines and sparkles like Estoril should. Fully auto Too closes and opens just fine. Normal tension strap wear. Top has 1 very small hole on left rear, but doesnt leak to my knowledge. There are normal stone chips on the hood. There is a scratch (4" long) on the front of the hood. It's a surface scratch that I imagine can be removed by a good detailer. Small 1-inch long surface scratch near the left rear fender. Top of trunk has slight swirls and could use a buff. No dents. No rust.Interior:Car has manual and non-heated seats. Passenger seat is in great shape. Driver's seat shows some wear, but no rips/tears/etc, needs a good cleaning - 6/10. The rear seat has a small stain on the passengers side bench and a 3 inch tear on the drivers side bench. Headliner is in decent shape. Intact everywhere except drivers side rear near the drivers side rear window, not the plstic rear window. Relatively rare, these are fantastic looking wheels and in great shape. Some very minor curb rash. They are 17" and 7.5" up front and 8.5" out back. They have Michelin MXM4 tires on them with only 5k weekend miles. Full 7.5" LTW spare w/tire in trunk. Suspension:Custom Ground Control Coilover Kit. It is comparable to their "Street/Hybrid Kit". Koni single adjustable short struts with height adjustment. 500lb Eibach springs and stock M3 spring perch. Koni single adjustable shortened shock in rear with 550lb Eibach springs riding on height adjustable collars. Upgraded rear shock mount. The ride is firm but planted. It does not bounce. Ground Control is one of the better suspension options for this car and in it drives wonderfully. As mentioned above, the struts/shocks have been replaced on 9/16 and have aquired only 5k weekend miles.To eliminate any possibility of fender rubbing by the rear tires, the previous, previous owner (2 owners back) had a professional auto body shop that specialized in fender rolling roll the inside of the rear fenders very slightly. Worked out perfectly, you would never know.Extras:Original window sticker, radio codes, service manual, road-side assistance paperwork, owner's manual, warranty info, etc.Receipt BinderShark Injector and paperwork.Toolkit in trunk is intact. Light in glove compartment works.WindscreenOEM head unitClimate control moduleProjects / Imperfections:Shifter has typical E36 "5th-gear lean" during initial start up. Once it is warmed up and running - it goes away.Leather is in decent shape, but darker lines are starting to form, see pictures.As mentioned earlier, very slight rough idle on cold starts that last exactly 30 seconds, then smooth. No codes, no check engine light. I took this car to International Foreign Car Services last month for diagnostics, and they couldnt feel the very slight rough idle until I pointed it out. They looked at me like I was crazy and told me their opinion was that there is no issues and if it gets worse or triggers a code then to bring it back in. No lien, owned in full, clean title in hand, currently registered and insured until 2020. Test drive with proof of funds only.This car drives very strong and sounds perfect with the AA exhaust. AA Gen III are the quietest aftermarket exhaust available for the E36 M3. Much of the known E36 preventative maintenance has already been addressed.
