The vehicle was bought at Irvine BMW and has been owned by the original owner for 12 years in Encino, CA. The original owner has performed routine maintenance at Center BMW in Sherman Oaks, CA as evident by physical service records available as well as on the Carfax history. The vehicle was then sold at around 95K miles back in Nov. of 2011 to the second owner in Newport Beach, CA. The second owner has performed routine maintenance at Top-End Motorwerks in Costa Mesa, CA with physical service records available of the work done that will be included with the vehicle. The vehicle was then sold to the third and final owner at around 120K miles in December of 2014. The third owner owned the vehicle in Newport Beach, CA as well as Florida. Cosmetically the vehicle is in excellent shape for its age and miles with no rust and very minimal scratches and chips. The interior is in fantastic shape with minimal wear. The car has been kept in very good condition and has been serviced regularly at Bimmersport. This is not a winter car and is kept in a heated garage in the winter months on a trickle charger.
