Up for sell is my 2004 BMW Z4. Wonderful, fun, sporty and a really neat car to take out on dates. I purchased this car in feb 2019 and have enjoyed every moment. Please do your research on the BMW Z4 they can be a great investment. The Z4 model has reached its depreciation threshold and now starting to climb. Parts are really cheap!! I originally planned to keep the car for simply fun reason. My wife loves it and she looks good driving. The car does turn heads everywhere you go. When I purchased it, I had the oil/filter changed using OEM synthetics and complete service. 6 new coil packs were installed and new spark plugs I have put a total of about 2k miles on the vehicle. New OEM Floor mats. I have not detailed the motor at all, this is just how I received it and its still clean. I pulled a carfax before buying and it looked good, no issues, I don't have a copy but your welcome to obtain one, I have confidence in it. There was an issue with convertible top motor before I purchased, the seller installed a new motor, (they are hydraulic and contains fluid, must be installed with care to not get air in the system) I received the car and it worked fine but made a noise similar to that whining noise made by a power steering pump when it has air in the line. Non the less, I guess it went into safe mode to prevent motor damage, so I open and close manually without issue. I don't consider the convertible top motor an issue, it does take 2 people at one point during the process to help lift off the top to check motor, so I just have not had anyone avail to assist. The simple fix is to reprime the hydraulic line to remove air. Tires are great with about 80-85% life left. A/C blows cold, heater works great. Very quick and loves corners. You don't need to drive fast to enjoy this car, it has great qualities that really give you a racy feel while just scooting around town. Please email with questing. 2004 BMW Z4 SMG for sale by owner. Car comes fully loaded with sport seats, Navigation and SMG. I purchased this car from an auction and had it delivered to me from down south. Had plans to fix up or part out. The car starts up and runs and shifts,please check video links in lower paragraph. I make no claims as to the condition of the engine or anything electrical or mechanical as I do not have the aptitude to do so. I no longer have the time or desire to fix or part out. I bought the car with no key and a dead battery. I have since installed a new battery and purchased and had programmed a new key from my local BMW dealer. Only one tire holds air. Borrowed a very basic scanner and was able to find out that the car is in transport mode due to having a dead battery for a very extended period of time. I would imagine that there are issues beyond the transport mode which is why the car is being sold as is. Most of the electronics seem to function, again I don't have the knowledge to diagnose. Top did not respond when I pressed the buttons, top appears to be in decent shape. Please check the video links as the top is highlighted. The body is pretty decent besides the front bumper, interior appears to be all there but could use lots of love/cleaning. Southern car.
