Stock from factory with a Turbo Charged 270 HP German Designed (Opel) inline 4 boasting 295 lb-ft torque (with 95% of that torque available at just 2300 RPM). Mated to a firm shifting 6 Speed Aisn-Warner Automatic Transmission. Brembo fronts, anonymous rears (as comes from factory). All stock. No Mods. A blast to drive, yet quiet and refined. Three different drive modes at the touch of a button, Normal, RS and GS. "GS" mode provides maximum stiffness and throttle response. Manual mode on stick is quite responsive and fun to use. 0-60 in an effortless 6.4 seconds. This car is a wolf in sheeps clothing (sleeper). A few easily correctable cosmetic blemishes to exterior, however no dings or dents. Nearly Perfect interior. No rips, tears or smells. Factory optional all weather mats as well as the carpeted mats with "GS" emblems on both sets included. No issues other than cons listed below. No CEL's, no leaks, knocks, pinging, squeaks or rattles. Car drives straight and true. This car is sure to please. Gets compliments everywhere. MSRP $38,650.00. Add it to your watch list while you continue to peruse. You'll likely come back to this one. CONS (minor):Some feedback through brake pedal at times. I suspect front rotors may be somewhat warped. The car still stops on a dime but this issue should probably be addressed sometime in the near future. Some minor scrapes which can probably be buffed out. They don't bother me and are hardly noticeable unless you're looking for them. Right rear tail light lens gets some condensation in it. Common with Regals and also a very easy fix. The under hood insulation has a couple of missing fasteners so the insulating piece does not fit 100%. That's it! Nothing out of the ordinary for a 6-7 year old car. In fact, I'd say it is better than most and though I am the third owner, it seems apparent to me the car has been garaged most of its life. This is a beautiful low mileage super fun car to drive. After lots of research I narrowed my search down to the 2012 Buick Regal GS and the 2005 Cadillac CTS-V. I found one of each locally, test drove them both but there was no clear winner. So I purchased both of them! I figured sooner or later I'd know which one I want to keep. Fast forward 6 months, I'm still uncertain! Since I don't drive either of them daily, I will first try to sell this one and have the manual shifting V8 Caddy as my fun car. However, if this doesn't sell, I'll listthe Cadillac and keep the GS. So in a way I'm letting fate decide. If I had more room, I'd keep both of them. But the wife wants shelter for her car this winter and we only have a 2 car garage, so one really should go.
