For sale is a 1996 Buick Roadmaster with an LT1 engine that runs great and the car drives superbly with ~17mpg city and 22mpg freeway. The car has had regular oil changes every 2,000 to 2,500 miles. The transmission was replaced in August 2016 at 135,000 miles with a new factory transmission. The transmission has a 3 year/100,000 mile warranty. New water pump in November 2017. In May 2018 the car had the serpentine belt replaced and a front brake job (both sides) replacing Front Rotors, Front Pads, and Wheel Seals. In June 2018 replaced Rear Right exhaust- Extension Pipe, Muffler, Resonator Pipe, Resonator and two new rear tires.In 2014 the car was backed into by another car in a parking lot damaging the rear left fender. The render was replaced by a bodyshop and there is now rust coming through the bottom of the fender, see picture. As seen in the other pictures there is some surface rust on the hood at the grill, a surface scratch (not through paint) on the front passenger door, the rear passenger door has a spot that the paint de-laminated from the primer, both posts between the front and rear doors are showing rust, the roof at the windshield is showing some paint bubbling. This is a really sharp, smooth riding and FAST car! It was very well maintained. This Roadmaster only has 113,717 miles on it. It is tight on the road, pleasant to drive, and is reliable. If you are looking for a good looking and dependable car that has a lot of life left in it, for a cheap price...here it is! The exterior of this... Buick is beige and in great condition....it shows very, very well. This Mercury has 4 good looking wheels and radial tires..a full size spare in the trunk!!! The interior is clean as a pin...plush interior, lots of options with very clean seats. The upholstery is in remarkable shape. All of the options work, the a/c compressor kicks on but doesn’t blow that cold, could probably use a recharge. The 5.7L V8 GM motor starts right up, sounds great, has plenty of power and the clutch shifts smoothly..You may be scared of the age, but we have sold quite a few just like this and our buyers have had good luck with them.... This Roadmaster is easy and pleasant to drive and it will drive you home wherever you need to drive. We will pick you up at the airport, bus or train station during normal business hours or by appt. For sale is a 1996 Buick Roadmaster with an LT1 engine that runs great and the car drives superbly with ~17mpg city and 22mpg freeway. The car has had regular oil changes every 2,000 to 2,500 miles. The transmission was replaced in August 2016 at 135,000 miles with a new factory transmission. The transmission has a 3 year/100,000 mile warranty. New water pump in November 2017. In May 2018 the car had the serpentine belt replaced and a front brake job (both sides) replacing Front Rotors, Front Pads, and Wheel Seals. In June 2018 replaced Rear Right exhaust- Extension Pipe, Muffler, Resonator Pipe, Resonator and two new rear tires.In 2014 the car was backed into by another car in a parking lot damaging the rear left fender. The render was replaced by a bodyshop and there is now rust coming through the bottom of the fender, see picture. As seen in the other pictures there is some surface rust on the hood at the grill, a surface scratch (not through paint) on the front passenger door, the rear passenger door has a spot that the paint de-laminated from the primer, both posts between the front and rear doors are showing rust, the roof at the windshield is showing some paint bubbling.
