After payment of the deposit is received, a sales contract will then be produced by our office staff and emailed to you. Once we receive the signed original paperwork, your completed title will be mailed to you. If you are a NJ resident, we will obtain your title, plates and registration for you and mail them to you. The title, plates and registration fees are NOT included in the documentary fee and are billed separately. To obtain plates in NJ, it is necessary for your to provide your social security number. If you are an out of state buyer, you will receive a fully executed title to take to your local motor vehicle office to register your vehicle. The documentary fee also covers the issuance of a temporary plate. To create the temporary plate, you will be required to send us proof that the vehicle is insured by email or fax. All sales transactions must be completed within 3 calendar days of auction close. If you do not pay for and remove your vehicle from our lot within 7 days of auction closing (or call us to make acceptable alternate arrangements), you may be charged a storage fee of fifty dollars per day. This amount will be added to the auction total and needs to be paid upon pickup. If the total amount due upon pickup, including storage and minus any deposit payments, shall exceed the original auction total, the vehicle will be liquidated to pay the outstanding charges.
