ONE ACTUATOR MOTOR MUST BE REPLACED FOR THE A/C TO BLOW COLD ON BOTH PASSENGER & DRIVER SIDES (ONLY COLD ON ONE SIDE CURRENTLY, BUT A/C HAS BEEN TESTED AND WORKS PERFECTLY FINE).... THAT WAS GOING TO BE ONE OF THE NEXT JOBS, BUT THE WEATHER IS STARTING TO TURN SO FIGURED IF IT DOES NOT SELL NOW I WILL WAIT UNTIL THE SPRING.... THE VEHICLE RUNS, DRIVES, AND FEELS GREAT.... As I'm sure you know, 2005 marked the last year of the infamous DeVille namesake. The DTS superceded it in 2006 making these last couple year models quite desirable as they seem to have a more spacious interior and have a few less 'systems' and computers which make them easier and less expensive to maintain while retaining a more classic and elegant look. This one is quite special as it has a remarkable history, just one owner, no accidents or damages reported, non smoker, complete with all books, keys and remotes. On top of that it has never been modified with any performance parts, alarms, stereos or other hacked in electronics and that is exactly how you want to find one of these. Other than a few small stone chips and one tiny scuff on the front bumper, the car is impeccable. Glass is good, crystal clear and has never had an aftermarket tinting. Tires are brand new 'white-line' Continental Touring and are mounted on the factory chromed alloy wheels. The interior is absolutely as new with no foul, tobacco or musty odors. The car runs and drives as you would expect a virtually no-mile car to drive and everything works as it should.
