Car is being sold by a private car collector in upstate New York.The seller purchased the vehicle in June of 2017 from Faulkner Maserati in Mechanicsburg, PA. The eldorado convertible was traded in on a new Maserati by the previous owner. Seller has added approx. 500 miles under his current ownership. Seller notes it's time to sell as it has been used very little in the last two years. This car is in as close to showroom new condition (in and out) as you will find. This car was converted to a convertible from new at a reported cost of $18,000. It is white diamond in color with a tan canvas top in excellent condition with a neutral (bone) leather interior. This car has the rare tonneau (hard boot) cover. The top is completely one touch electric and operates well. The car has no scuffs or dings on the exterior. Only 800+ were made between 1991 and 2002 when the Eldorado was discontinued by Cadillac. Very few Cadillac-made convertibles have appeared since 1976 to 1983 to fairly recently in their new coupe design.This is a very rare automobile worth having if you crave something really different. I have only seen one of these cars since I have owned it from 2003. I have been lucky to have found the car when I did - it came from Florida.The convertible roof was replaced early 2017 and the interior leather in 2014. The carpeting is in great condition with fairly new, custom-made front mats sporting the gold Cadillac logo embroidered into the Mat. The car is front-wheel driveMechanically, everything is fine for the most part. I had the NorthStar motor removed with all the oil seals, hoses and some wiring including the coil wring replaced within the last recent few years. In addition, all the axles have been replaced and many, many other parts replaced that are too numerous to list. this car is not pristine and will need a few minor cosmetic items taken care of, but rest assured, it is ready to enjoy.This fine automobile will give the future owner many years of driving pleasure with the extraordinary fine weather we enjoy in California.I will not accept any low-ball offers as I know what it is worth but open to a reasonable offer. Collectors Series car with numbered plaque. Doesn't get any better! Last year of the Eldorado. Ive owned this car for 7 years. Cold a/c, sunroof, Toyo tires. Very clean. The only thing that doesn't work properly on this car is the fuel gauge. I don't trust it, not always accurate. I always set the trip odometer and refuel accordingly. Otherwise a real clean car. No body damage. Back seat and front passenger seat has had no use. Please do NOT bid unless you are buying. Ask me whatever questions you have, I want to SELL this car!!
