I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that... I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2000 Cadillac Eldorado Touring Coupe with just 115k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this Eldorado to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking coupe. It is finished in Dark Green over Tan leather interior with factory chrome alloy wheels, which is a good color combination. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this Cadillac. The finish shines nicely for its age and looks smooth all around. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors, and trunk all open and close easily. All of the trim and cladding is present and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory chrome alloy wheels shine like mirrors and are wrapped in nice rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Cadillac came in. I would also rate the interior of this Eldorado to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seats show a little age but are presentable. The power windows, locks, seats, and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good through the factory speakers. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent temperature controls for both the driver and passenger. The heater works well but the air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold air. Despite being a coupe, rear seat room is impressive. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Again, please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Eldorado came in. Mechanically, this Cadillac appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L 32V Northstar V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older vehicle. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine holds perfect temperature at all times, which is crucially important. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. What is great about these cars is, despite being a full sized vehicle with a V8 engine, they still manage to get highway fuel economy of nearly 30mpg.
