The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. ***TITLES*** Our titles are held by what is called a Floorplanning company, they hold the title for us until the vehicle is paid for. Once the vehicle is paid for they overnight the title to us and from that point we then mail it to you (USPS Priority with tracking). We are Bonded in the State Of Florida so we have to provide you with a clean and clear title unless stated otherwise in the description of the vehicle. Most of the titles go out in 2 to 3 days after purchases, some take a little longer but we do our best to get it out as quick as possible. Fees and Taxes As far as taxes are concerned, we do collect your state sales tax. So for example, if you live in Alabama the tax rate is 2% so you will pay 2% taxes to us and we will give you an out of state sales tax credit form that you take with you to the DMV showing that you have already paid your state taxes of 2% (or whatever your state tax rate is). You will be responsible for any county or city surtaxes (usually .5% or 1%), we just collect state taxes because Florida is reciprocal with 47 of the 50 States. Please call us to see if your state is reciprocal with Florida and also to see what your state sales tax rate is (some states have 0 sales tax rate, but you must be registering the vehicle in that state). We ONLY COLLECT TAXES if you are coming to pick up the vehicle, if you ship the vehicle we DO NOT collect your taxes. As far as Fees, we have a $299 Documentary fee which we collect to help cover costs for Cleaning vehicles, Preparing vehicles for delivery, Inspection, and mailing fees for paperwork, titles etc. This fee is non-negotiable, if you are a dealer and win the vehicle on Ebay you are also subject to this fee, if you are a dealer and want to purchase the vehicle minus the fee you must call us first. 30 Day Temporary tags are $5.95 and are good in any state and Canada. If you are registering the vehicle in Florida, we collect your taxes (state and county) and we also do your tag and title work so you do not have to go to the DMV to register the vehicle, we do your plate transfer and title transfer. Hello everyone. Today I am selling my 2000 Cadillac Escalade. This vehicle has been very good to me and my family, but I need something that is more fuel efficient. The vehicle drives very well, it shifts through the gears smoothly, it has good acceleration, and it provides a very comfortable ride. The a/c needs charging, it will need tires soon, the unlocking mechanism does not unlock the rear doors so you have to do it manually, and the cable that unlocks the driver side rear door has come loose. May I ask you a question: have you ever seen an 18 year old car with such a clean engine? It was like that when I bought it and I did my best to maintain it. I thank you very much for looking.
