1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham all options except sunroof, exterior color slate green (Fleetwood Brougham only color) with natural(light tan) leather interior, excellent vinyl top condition. body very straight and I don't think the car has ever been repainted. All options work ,mechanically excellent drive anywhere well maintained condition. Car currently Georgia titled and licensed. Just get in and drive. Very clean overall and well taken care of since new. I am 3rd. owner. I am selling because I just do not use the car enough anymore. Garaged and very well taken care of. I have all original sales paperwork plus original window price sticker, owner's manuals etc. This car is a pleasure to own and drive. I do not want any trades. If you have been looking for one of these cars, given the selling price, and overall condition I would say this is the one to buy.

This is a two-owner car and has been well cared for and maintained and will make a good daily driver. Service records from second owner are available. The car does not smoke and it shifts smoothly. Wheels not bent and rides smoothly. * Recent driver window motor replacement* Transmission power flushed at 110,000 miles at dealership filter was not changed at that time but had been changed twice earlier in its life..* Cooper Cobra tires have over half tread left* Spark plug wires replace about 20,000 miles back* A/C very cold* Cruise control works as it should* All switched accessories and lights working (left rear window regulator needs attention) * Original carpet looks new. The original cadillac carpeted floor mats are in the car but dirty. Might be ok with a good cleaning. Driver side leather starting to show its age and needs some dye in the light cracks. Same with console door leather. There are no known glass or lense cracks. Radio is GREAT!! * Shocks, tie rods, control arms, steering damper, stability bar(?) bushings and Steering box have about 20,000 miles on them. Recommend replacing power steering pump but not changing over EVO valve as the variable assist function on these models have always been suspect The car has a dent near driver side corner of front bumper and that fender was replaced with a poorly painted used fender. Needs repainting. Overall condition of paint is fair and basically looks ok. Needs some TLC. The automatic suspension leveling motor was knocked loose in the minor accident. It was operable when stored in the trunk along with its bracket. Rear bumper impact strip damaged by drive thru carwash. Rear carpet looks faded in in picture but it isn't. Done by S and S Coach which is known in the industry as a quality builder and this is the last Cadillac Fleetwood ambulance built. The owner wanted to do extra customization, so he contracted a local Indy car builder to take on the project. What has developed is a high top fiberglass conversion with steel framing with over $150K invested. At that... point, funds were getting low and the project was put on hold. So, this project was left sitting in a indoor storage unit for years. The good news is you can take over and make this into whatever you can dream of! Ambulance, hearse, show wagon, surf wagon, movie car, endless possibilities as the floor is wood and the rear is open for any application. The mechanics are a 244 mile car. Tried and true 5.7L V8 known for their durability. I put a new fuel pump in along with pulling the gas tank and cleaning out the old gas. New ignition module, cap and rotor and a new battery. Runs and drives perfectly. Air condition needs freon as the compressor kicks in, but blows semi cold. Power accessories work fine. Drives straight and smooth. Body is just like new, no accidents or damage and clear, clean title. Rear fiberglass door has some cracks above the window. Includes a Super Chief new old school chrome siren ($2,200.00 new), new light bar, new siren, extra strobe lights and various other ambulance accessories.
