This auction is for a 1996 Cadillac Seville, 4 door sedan. This vehicle is very low mileage at approximately 56,000. It does run and drive but needs some work and would be a great project car for a mechanic. Sometimes it starts slower than others but always starts. The rear passenger side rear tire is gone and it has an under-size spare on it. It was a Southern California car and does show signs of heat/sun damage on the exterior paint, the interior dash and rear panel. Please view photographs as I tried to show all damage as best I could. The leather seats also have some cracking and a tear at the seam on the center of the back seat. Windshield wipers need to be replaced. Had a production from 1991 to 1995 (last year available in the sedan Deville) These classic Cadillac OHV (overhead valve) V8's are known for their long lasting, great power & effortless torque, having two valves per cylinder, port fuel injection, and tall gearing ratios in the transmission, torque is vastly present through the entire power band, piston bore is equal to the stoke, and engine orientation is a 90degree V8. Great American GM V8 sound and power. 200 HP and 275 lb/ft of torque from the factory. ALL OWNERS IN VEHICLE REPORT ARE FAMILY RELATED. SO THIS CAR ONLY REALLY HAS 2 OWNERS. THE ORIGINAL OWNER, THEN ME. REASON BEING, FOR TRANSFER OF TITLE TO ME AND ORIGINAL OWNER HAS PASSED AWAY. FOR SALE IS A 1997 CADILLAC SEVILLE SLS ELITE EDITION. 4.6 LITRE ENGINE. THE CAR IS FULLY LOADED WITH ADDITIONAL OPTIONS. THIS IS AN ELITE SPECIAL EDITION WHICH MEANS THE CAR WAS SPECIALLY MADE WITH SPECIFICATIONS WANTED BY THE OWNER. THERE IS AN DIGITAL INFORMATION CENTER ON THE DASH WHERE THE SPEEDOMETER IS THAT TELLS YOU ALL THE OPTIONS THAT THE CAR HAS. THERE IS 2 SETS OF KEYS (A MASTER SET AND A SPARE SET) AND 2 REMOTES. IT HAS POWER STEERING, POWER BRAKES, POWER WINDOWS, POWER HEATED SEATS AND MANY OTHER OPTIONS. THE CAR HAS WOOD GRAIN TRIM WITH TAN INTERIOR. THIS CAR WAS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH A 12 DISC CD CHANGER WITH BOSE BRAND SPEAKERS ALL OVER THE CAR. MUSIC SOUNDS AWESOME. IT HAS NEW FRONT TIRES THAT ARE ONLY A MONTH OLD. THE BACK TIRES ARE AT ABOUT 50% TREAD. THE CAR HAS NO RUST AND LOOKS VERY GOOD. IT'S NOT PERFECT BUT IT IS A LOOKER. THE STEERING WHEEL HAS CONTROL KNOBS ON IT THAT CONTROLS THE FAN SPEED AND RADIO. THERE IS A FEW MINOR PROBLEMS WITH IT THOUGH. THE AIR ASSIST RIDE SYSTEM STOPPED WORKING. BUT THE CAR DOES DRIVE WITHOUT IT. IT'S JUST LOW TO THE GROUND. I HAD IT LOOKED AT AND WAS TOLD IT COULD BE A MATTER OF CHANGING A FUSE OR RELAY (NOT SURE WHERE OR WHICH ONES). AND THE FRONT BUMPER LOOKS LIKE IT WAS PUSHED IN A BIT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE. I THINK DUE TO THE ELDERLY GENTLEMAN WHO OWNED THIS PROBABLY PARKED UP AGAINST SOMETHING WHEN PARKING SOMEWHERE. IT HAD A NEW RADIATOR PUT IN ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO. AND THE ENGINE IS IN GREAT SHAPE. THERE IS NO LEAKS AS FAR AS I KNOW. THAT IS ALL I KNOW ABOUT THE CAR WHEN I PURCHASED IT. IT IS A VERY GOOD & SMOOTH RUNNING VEHICLE. IT HAS NO PROBLEM STARTING EVERY TIME. THE CAR HAS HARDLY BEEN DRIVEN IN THE LAST 2 YEARS BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO PUT WEAR AND TEAR ON IT. ONLY A LITTLE OVER 3000 MILES IN THE LAST 2 YEARS. IT HAS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED. THERE IS A LOT OF CAR CARE ITEMS IN THE TRUNK THAT WILL BE INCLUDED WITH THIS CAR. AND ALL THE ORIGINAL BOOKLETS THAT CAME WITH THE CAR WHEN IT WAS FIRST MADE WILL BE INCLUDED TOO.
