1994 Cadillac Seville STS Touring Sedan 4D in GREAT CONDITION! Drive a legendary car with a V8! Previously, it was maintained according to schedule and very well cared for. The car has always been parked in a garage. Both exterior and interior are in GREAT condition. That's not an exaggeration. All of the leather is very clean including the steering wheel and the shifter. The car has never been exposed to cigarette smoke. The simulated carriage sail cloth/fabric top was originally installed by the Cadillac dealer which includes the gold plated Cadillac emblems on each side. The top color is dark brown which offers a nice contrast to the Frost Beige original factory finish. Original finish has been kept in great condition. There's no rust at all on the body. This car has never been in a collision. It's currently registered in my name. Under-hood emission sticker is missing but this explanation is accepted by the DMV. Also the front passenger side fog light was broken by a raccoon on the road. Replaced with new OEM part. No further issues. SMOG:It passed smog last spring. I'll acquire another smog certificate for the buyer to use for registration. NO BROKERS:This is a private party sale. PRICING/VALUATIONThe recent transmission rebuild was extremely expensive as compared to typical car maintenance. The parts and labor cost many thousands of dollars. It took many hours of labor to remove the engine and transmission from the car (the only possible way for this car). I also had the upper transfer case gasket replaced in the process. So, the car does not leak any oil. This was the top of the line Cadillac model of 1994. It has 300 HP and the sound produced by the V8 Northstar engine is distinct. The rear head gasket is leaking coolant. The car runs but blows coolant out the exhaust. It has not overheated so I'm pretty confident it's just the gasket. I can't fix this myself so we're having to sell her. She is listed well below book value due to the coolant problem. It runs but I would not drive it until it was fixed. This car typically drives great in the winter with the transverse mounted V8 right above the front wheel drive-train. Car is always garaged. Body color is Diamond white. Interior is tan. The leather is all intact. No OBDII codes. I have put a lot into her. She only has 146204 miles. We planned on keeping her for several more years. The Michelin Defender tires are almost new. Tires and STS alloy wheels are worth $1k by themselves. For better braking, all four brake rotors are R1Concepts drilled and slotted. Brake pads are EBC Red Stuff. The radiator was just replaced due to a cracked weld. The heater core was back flushed and the brake fluid flushed about a month ago. Hoses and belts are new. The front struts and self leveling rear shocks were replaced with OEM style parts to maintain the original ride. Parts alone were over $1k. Many STS/SLS owners convert to a passive system to save money. Lots of things have been replaced as required. Battery, lower control arms, water pump and belt, AC Delco spark plugs and Premium wires, power steering pump, etc. Transmission was flushed and new filter and AC Delco full synthetic Dexron VI fluid added.
