2002 Chevy Cavalier 4 door Automatic. Runs & drives but will not pass inspection as the back end of the frame is rusted out. Also the solenoids inside the transmission need replaced it does not shift smoothly into 2nd and 3rd gear. This would make a great parts car. $700 or best offer gets the car. For sale is my well maintained 2003 Chevy Cavalier, with 59,700 original miles. (I am still driving this car so the mileage may be slightly higher). Engine and Transmission are running great, and have had regular engine oil changes with full synthetic every 5000 miles. Shifts smoothly. Tires still at least 50% ++ (see Pics). Body overall good condition. This is a fairly basic model car with air conditioning great sounding radio/CD player, driver and passenger airbags, with a gas sipping 4 cylinder engine ---clear title - and that's about it. I believe you could drive this anywhere with no significant issues that I am aware of. Just passed Virginia inspected. I am a private seller and have not tried to 'detail' this car as a dealer might to make it look better. It is clean and well running with lots of life left, but is still a 15 year old car. It is being sold 'as-is' with no warranty stated or implied. I will start the bidding low at $1800.00 and let the market/auction decide the final value. I paid considerably more several years ago but have driven it just several thousand miles each year. I have looked on Ebay and see many of these going for a lot more ...with higher mileage, so I think this is a very fair auction starting point. 2000 Chevy CavalierThis car has always been a great daily driver and is mechanically very sound overall. We bought it brand new in 2000 and it has always been very reliable and very fuel efficient. Unfortunately, the clear coat is peeling pretty bad, and there is a pretty good sized rust spot on the rear fender, as shown in the pictures. Also, the fuel door has fallen off since the pictures were taken 2 weeks ago.The tires were just purchased and are like new.The car is equipped with air conditioning, but the air conditioner has recently stopped blowing cold air.The power steering works, but leaks.The AM/FM/CD Player powers on, but only makes sound so feeble it cannot be heard with the windows down while driving.Also, the rear driver side door is stuck and will not open.The interior is in good shape overall, but for some reason the sun visors show noticeable sun deterioration.
