Offered for auction is my late father's 2004 Chrysler Crossfire Limited coupé. I inherited the car in March of this year, but my wife and I unfortunately do not have suitable parking for it at our home. Regrettably, this means that a new home and enthusiast driver must be found for it. My father purchased the car in 2007. Since then, it has always been garaged, meticulously maintained, and never smoked in; it also has remained in completely stock, unmodified condition. The majority of the mileage was accrued as highway commuting to the Washington, DC area, which is an approximately 2.5-hour drive from my parents' home. The car drives very well. Performance is sharp, with the 5-speed automatic shifting smoothly but crisply. Handling and braking are as would be expected, and there are no significant mechanical issues that I am aware of. There is no overheating, misfiring, or other unpleasant behavior when driven. The rear spoiler is fully-functional, both when raised or lowered manually or automatically. Bills and receipts for maintenance carried out during his ownership of the car are available for inspection. On the outside, the body is straight and solid with no known rust. The black paint is overall in very good condition for the age of the car, but there are (unsurprisingly) some small stone chips. All lights are intact and functional, and there does not appear to be any missing or damaged trim. Moving to the interior: the seats are in excellent condition with no rips, tears, or major cracking. The driver's seat does exhibit the usual bolster wear where the seatbelt rubs, but is intact. All switches (including the power seats, seat heaters, and rear spoiler) work as expected; this also applies to the power windows and mirrors as well as the garage door openers. The cupholder between the seats (notorious for breaking) is intact and functional. The radio is the stock Chrysler AM/FM/CD (no navigation) unit, operating without issue. Carpets, headliner, door cards, etc. have minimal to no wear. The air conditioning blows cold, and the heater blows hot. The tire repair kit (compressor, repair foam, etc.) is in place. Also included is the three-piece fitted luggage set that was specific to the Crossfire. It appears to have never been used, with the suitcase still being in its original box and wrapper.
