2000 Dodge Dakota 4x4. 225K miles. V6, automatic, extended cab, 6.5 foot bed. Runs and drives, and is PA inspected until September 2019. I drive it and use it regularly, but I have too many vehicles and this one has to go. This is a truck, usable but definitely imperfect. Although not pictured, I do have a truck cap that you may have if you want it. It's a work truck, not a pretty truck. It has cruise, AC, fog lights, AM FM cassette, bucket seats with console, storage under the rear seats, power locks, power windows, power mirrors, overhead console. The bad: Rust around front bumper/fender, rear wheel wells. Paint is beyond gone. Power lock mechanism on the passenger door sticks, but the door is operable.Needs a shifter cable adjustment - sometimes doesn't start in park, but will always start in neutral. The good: Running, driveable, inspected, cheap. Good tires. Heat and AC work fine. I've owned this truck for about six years and 50k miles. In that time, I've replaced: Exhaust 9/18 Front hub assembly 4/18 Rear brakes and wheel cylinder 9/17 Battery cable 7/16 Heater core 1/16 Brake lines and spring shackles 2/16 U-joints 1/15 Wheel bearings 12/14 Differential carrier & pinion bearings 11/14 Transfer case 10/14 Radiator hoses 3/14 Truck is sold as-is, where-is with no warranty of any kind expressed or implied. Used 4x4, I have too many vehicles and per my wife, a few have to go, this is one. I bought this to be a fall/winter hunting rig, it had a bad engine (cracked head and antifreeze in the oil) and I replaced the engine with a used one certified to have about 154,000 miles on it. The rig had about 200k on the odometer when I changed the engine out, I've only driven it a few thousand miles since the engine change, mostly it has been sitting in my backyard for about a year and my wife wants it gone. The AC could be repaired with some major parts but I did not plan on driving it much in the summer so I did not care and did not fix it when I did the engine job. It idles rough, needs better fuel and to be driven. I have thought of pulling and cleaning the Idle Air Valve as that would likely fix most of the idle issues. Included is a new set of plug wires in the cab that I bought but have not install yet. Tires are sad, will need replaced soon and the windshield is cracked. 4x4 works fine and it shifts smoothly into and out of both ranges. I don't know if the Alpine 6 CD box behind the seat works, as I've never bothered to load any CD's, I've just listened to the radio. It has a 2 inch trailer hitch mounted so it will pull a trailer if need be but there is no electric brake system. Make a bid as it is going to be sold either though here of craigslist locally..
