This car until a few days ago was owned since new by a government funded assisted living community in the state of Arkansas, about 380 miles from our location in Mississippi, was replaced with a new one earlier this year due to a replacement schedule which takes age and miles into account, in this case, age and not miles. We purchased the car directly from them along with several more vehicles, not from an auction, dealer or broker, simply turning this one into cash. After purchasing we checked the fluids, washed and cleaned it and then took photos/videos for eBay, unit cranks right up under its own power and drives down the road with no issues, engine runs well, doesn’t run hot or slobber oil, transmission shifts properly, brakes work, A/C is cold, heat is hot, tire condition can clearly be seen in the photos and unit is 100% roadworthy. As you can clearly see in the photos there are some cosmetic issues with the car but it is still in good shape for its age and has low miles, the few negatives to address would be the body clear coat is in bad shape especially on the roof, hood, and trunk lid, the company decals have been removed with the outline remaining visible, headlight covers have oxidized, there are some scratches on and underneath the front bumper and a few along various parts of the car, the hubcap is missing from the driver front wheel and the spare tire is missing as well. Due to some loose wiring, the power locks, mirrors, and trunk release buttons are not working, as well as the radio, which could be fixed by rewiring, but the rest of the interior is in fine shape, other than those few items listed this car is still in good condition, mechanically excellent and should provide any individual with many more years of service. As always we would suggest a full service including an oil change/service but other than that the car is completely roadworthy and a good dependable mode of transportation. We are selling this item with a clean-clear title and bill of sale, it will crank up when you arrive to get it, or someone arrives to transport, it is roadworthy and will drive down the road! May not start has dead battery but jumped few months ago and pulled it up and down the driveway to clean it. Dirty again. What happened it started to run hot and had to crawl home. Then drained radiator and It idled for 1/2 hour then test drove it and same thing after few miles had crawl home again so its been sitting long while. Heat never worked thus the little heater pictured, so just used it in the 3 seasons then ac stopped which was a bummer cause it was a fun summer car then the overheating. Hear a clunk every now and then turning wheel, mirrors got hit by snow blowing, hood has the usual noted rusting, Has the usual noted oil leak. Who knows what else, why its for parts/as is. Lot of good parts, be local and tow it away. Have title in hand. Vehicle sold as is not running for parts only, pickup only. If you have a stratus and you need rims tires hubcaps here you go with a lot left over!
