Just finished polishing and Ceramic Coating the paint- its not perfect but its damn close There is a dent in the fender that showed up in a parking lot, and 1 next to passenger tail light. the hood and the lower portion of wheel wells have a few rock chips and light scratches but nothing crazy for a 13 year old rig. the 2 tone trim around the wheel wells has lost some adhesive and popped out in a couple spots but I will work on securing that. In the last couple months I have developed what I believe is a oil pump leak, I get 1 small spot of oil on the floor every time its parked. It doesn't leak when its running and based upon where I think its coming from that's the best possible guess. I bought this vehicle for my wife to haul the kids around and replaced a diesel truck at the same time. I have decided to go back to a truck and looking for a 5th wheel. I would love to keep this unit as it is set up perfectly and it was always on my bucket list of vehicles but I cant justify keeping it because it wont be driven since I have a work vehicle. I've owned this vehicle for about 2 years. The previous owner did the bullet proofing, I bought it site unseen over the phone without driving/seeing/smelling it in person... but after many phone calls/ facetime/ text messaging I felt I knew everything I could find out. This rig hasn't let me down once and I truly will miss it and hope it goes to a good home to go on many more camping trips, family vacations and hunting trips with the whole crew. 2005 Ford Excursion 4x4 Turbo Diesel Top of the line Ford Excursion 4x4 turbo diesel Eddie Bauer Edition. 6.0 L with tons of power. Leather interior, custom brush guard bumpers(front & rear), custom roof rack & ladder, custom night running lights & many upgrades that make this rig one of a kind. The diesel engine runs very strong and has plenty (100,000+ miles) of life left in it. Very comfortable SUV with 4 leather captain chairs, 3rd row seating, and tons of storage room. This one-of-a-kind Excursion is a real head turner the turbo diesel whistle and growls down the road like a true diesel suppose to. NEW PHOTOS!!! The King of SUV's, the Ford Excursion is all the vehicle you will need. This one is a 2005 Limited, the last year made. It only has a bit over 145K miles, and runs like an original truck. If you have been looking for a vehicle to take 7 people, all their gear and tow a boat, this is the one. I am the 2nd owner of the truck, and have only put about 42k on it. Most of the work done to it was at Bob Allen Ford, and I have receipts for everything. The engine is the 6.0 Powerstroke, and has never been chipped or modified in any way. I would hop in and take it coast to coast and not worry. Here is a list of everything I have done to it:-Blue Spring Upgrade-Improve Fuel Delivery-Coolant Filter Upgrade-New injectors-2018-True 4" turbo back exhaust with Cat delete. You can hear this thing coming, and it definitely improved power-American Racing 18" Wheels-Look great WAY better than the stock wheels, plus gives it better highway handling. Tires have about 50% tread left-Upgraded Steering and sway bar stabilizers with new bushings-2008 and up new style mirrors with power fold switch wired directly to battery, so truck can be off and you can fold mirrors in-New stereo and speakers. Stereo upgrade included a back up camera, hands free Bluetooth connection and satellite radio-20% tint on all windows, helps keep interior cooler-Front vacuum hubs replaced-New locking hubs this year-New exhaust manifold gaskets this year-New lift gate pistons, they are a longer set up and get the lift gate open higher than stock-Most all of the bulbs have been switched over to LED, both interior and exteriorThis is a 13 year old truck, so there are several issues. First, the rear entertainment system has never worked. I never bothered with it, kids use IPads anyway. Second, the previous owner obviously backed into something so the rear bumper is SLIGHTLY dinged and has some small rust. An easy repair by Maaco. The body is in good shape otherwise, just normal wear and tear and small rust spot in a rocker.The only reason I am selling this is because I bought an F-250 and have no need for this large of an SUV. Otherwise I would keep it. I don't need help selling and it doesn't cost me anything to sit there. You will be hard pressed to find one this low mileage and condition, that hasn't been raced or modded in some way. This truck will easily go 500k miles.
