Offered for sale is a very reliable, smooth running Explorer with 211,000 original miles. Despite the miles, this Ford runs strong and is set up for towing this summer. The V6 engine has plenty of power, the automatic transmission shifts fine and the four wheel drive works like a champ. Tires are decent, the interior is in good shape for its age but the paint job leaves some to be desired (a twenty-footer). Heater blows hot, power accessories all work as they should (with the driver's door lock taking a little getting used to). Could use a new center console. I bought this 1995 Ford Explorer in 2010 from a dealer that sold government vehicles he had 5 of these and i got the last one it had 70,000 miles on it and it now has 148,000 It was professionally converted to LPG by Impco Technologies, Inc. in Cerritos, CA on 9/01/95 it has 2 propane tanks and ONLY runs on LPG, gasoline was removed at the time of conversation. Engine runs great uses no oil does not smoke, transmission, 4WD and AC work great, 10/19/15 it had 125,600 i put on 4 Yokohama Geolander tires and had alignment done, 12/7/16 it had 132,000 i put brakes, rotors and shocks on. The other items i have replaced are Drive belt tensioner, power steering rack it had a leaking seal, Plugs and wires last year, i have bought a new truck and decided to sell this one have questions 5745342000.
