Immaculate 2005 Ford GT, all 4 factory installed options (painted racing stripes, red painted brake calipers, light weight forged aluminum wheels, McIntosh AM/FM radio with single CD), no accidents with clean CarFax, 1617 actual miles, in climate controlled storage since '05, never smoked in, no modifications, never driven in the rain, etc, etc. Formerly part of the Ken Lingenfelter Collection (the car is still on his car collection website). I am only selling in that I am looking for a lower mile Ford GT. Will take a Blue (or possibly Black) super low mile Ford GT on trade...The car includes the original window sticker, owners guide, books, vehicle transport card, tire warranty card and other delivery cards). The battery was replaced on the car about one year ago and the car has been driven about 20 miles or so every other week. The speedometer needle is stuck at zero and I have not had the time to repair it. If the winning bidder decides to repair it, I will pay for the first $750 of repairs. Hi Guys and Girls,This is Rich Barnes from The Mustang Ranch in Golden, Colorado. I am auctioning this 2005 FORD GT#1FAFP90S25Y401351 for a client of mine with 28,000 miles. He is the original owner an a older gentleman that has taken EXCELLENT care of his car. Always stored in a climate control garage. We have the original window sticker and a clear Colorado title. The oil has been changed at every 3,000 miles at the local Ford dealer. This GT has the 5th and 6th options that were ordered directly from Ford. The Gurney addition drivers door, which is the same exact door on the production GT'S with the addition of having the aluminum pressed in the roof area to give the Dan Gurney addition. I do not know how many have been ordered this way but is probably the rarest option. In the whole time I have been Inspecting/ Brokering GT'S for sale, I have only seen one other. As you may know if you are a tall or larger guy you will need this room to fit in this car. Also when you go out to the track and put on a helmet you will not have clearance issues. And the rear bumper delete which cleans up the back of the car and gives it the nice DA look. This GT Beast starts right up no noises or smoke. The clutch and all the forward/ reverse gears engage smooth. This Fuel Injected Super Charged Aluminum Ford HEMI that is tuned to 91 octane pump fuel is extremely fast and needs to be handled with respect. This rear engine car is currently registered and I have recently driven it. Everything works just fine and there are no issues that I have found. There are a couple small chips/ scratches but nothing that is catastrophic. Listed below are the other items that have been added and up graded on the car. Items that come with the car that have been removed are the rear bumper/supports, stock muffler, stock throttle body and stock blower pulley/ belt. These items go with the car. I will try to ship them with the Transport I use, this does not always work but I will give it a try. Keep in mind this car has $30 K plus in up grades, $13,500 of which was for the Dan Gurney drivers door upgrade. There is no guarantee or warranty so please call and ask as many questions as you like. I ware many hats, I am a hired Appraiser/ Broker/ Inspector and technician.
