Vehicle Description Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that... I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 60+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 Honda Element DX 4WD. I would rate the exterior of this Element to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. It is finished in blue with blue and gray interior. The blue finish shines well overall and is acceptable for its age. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Honda, the worst I can say is that the clear coat is peeling off of the hood. This is clearly visible in the photos. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and rear hatch all open and close easily. All of the trim and cladding is present and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would also rate the interior of this Element to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The rubber floor shows well for its age and is easy to keep clean. The cloth seats are clean, comfortable and show minimal wear. The power windows and locks both work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good through the factory speakers. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold air. Access to the rear seats is easy, thanks to the small rear doors. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Element appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.4L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older vehicle. You can feel some wear in the front bushings from age when driving over rough surfaces but it feels fine on the road. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. The AWD system is tested and working properly. If you're looking for a rugged and capable 4WD SUV, this little Element deserves a close look. They seem to run forever and they are just made to use. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. I'm selling my 2006 Honda Element LX. This is the AWD build with manual transmission and rear moonroof. It's silver and blue. $4800 obo The Missouri title is clean. I bought it certified used from a Honda dealer in St Louis. It has just over 180,000 miles on it. I have kept up with all Honda scheduled maintenance at Honda dealers exclusively, with oils changes by Jiffy Lube from time to time. In the last few years have replaced the entire fan system, entire clutch system, as well as odds and ends such as fuel sensor, driver door lock mechanism, and tires. Faults: rear seats have no headrests, rear view mirror has heat damage but is still useable, dash has cosmetic damage from cell phone mount, and the tailgate flap springs need replaced. Upholstery on driver and front passenger seat worn/torn. Some small dents on driver side door. I have an after market cd/dvd double den sized touch screen player with removeabel face by JVC with Bluetooth capability installed by Best Buy. Fresh full detail, inside and out.
