2000 Vehicross for sale. Very collectible and relatively rare 2 door SUV, made to also go off-road. It has 120k miles, the body is decent, and the interior is nice. It has an automatic transmission, Traction control system, all wheel drive, cd changer, ac, ps pw, recaro leather seats, v6. There is clear coat flaking on the driver's side fender, and the previous owner painted the mirrors. Previous owner blacked the vehicle out as shown. Front brakes and passenger cv axle recently done. New shocks and battery. New coil packs and plugs/plug tubes. The window tracks need adjustment. The engine runs rough under heavy acceleration. I don't know what the issue is and don't have the knowledge to find out. Runs and drives fine under light acceleration. Hood insert replaced as shown in pictures. You know what you're looking at! This is not a showroom fresh example, but it is a rust free, accident-free, well-maintained, solid VX. It turns heads everywhere we go! I just had the VX on a lift 11/10/18. It received a clean bill of health -- no leaks, good brakes, rotors, suspension, etc -- with one exception: The pipe where the muffler and exhaust cracked a couple weeks ago and needs to be rejoined. I will have this repaired within the week (will be done before sale, or $100 credited to buyer). I'm happy to facilitate a PPI at buyer's expense. Please message me with any questions. Summary: The Bad: - ABS light on (sensor is universally OOS) but the brakes work fine- Passenger window clips are broken, so passenger window is currently inoperable- Passenger door handle is cracked (pictured)- Slight crack on black hood insert (pictured) The Neutral:- Burns a little oil (as they all do). I add around a quart of Mobil1 synthetic every 4 to 5 fill-ups.- Aftermarket radio head unit with aux / Buetooth / iPod input (the wire coming out of the gauge cluster is for the Bluetooth microphone)- Aftermarket 2.5" receiver to tow or add a bike rack- A few rock chips and small dings here and there (no major imperfections)- Paint is faded in places The Good:- Runs very well- New tires in June- Recent brake line replacement - Recent tune-up (trans flush, rad flush, brake flush, oil, new air filter) - No major / body rust (just some surface rust, as pictured). You can still see Isuzu stickers on some pieces of the undercarriage!- Heat and AC work great-Very clean interior, no rips in leather Sale also includes $300 worth of maintenance items (various gaskets, new air filter, maintenance items, etc) Located a short drive from the airport in Wilmington, NC. These Isuzu's are getting very hard to find in this rust free condition. MOST not all midwest or back east VX's are a rusted mess. This is why you don't see the undercarriage pictures very often in the Ad's. This beautiful rare Vehicross brakes are good/ Interior is in great shape with some wear on the driver and passenger seat area. These VX has been detailed from front to back. Undercarriage clean and spotless and NO RUST. It still has factory stereo with CD player but I'm not sure if the CD works. Most owner replace the CD and use the bottom compartment for storage. Another cool thing about this Torque On Demand is it is loaded with options. Sticker at around 32K with Leather ReCaro seats. The recent stripe kit can be easily removed if not your taste. Motor Trend featured the VehiCROSS on its May 1999 cover, and included it in its "Top 10 Sport Utilities" for Most Unique Styling.
