Seats 6 comfortably, 4 captain chairs. Recent transmission rebuilt. 1 year old tires. Sirius XM kit installed. Aftermarket radio with reverse camera. No check engine light, starts runs and drives.

GOOD: Highly sought after 4.6 32V engine...original transmission...Aviator has a solid body and almost perfect interior....only seat showing any wear is the driver, and it it's minimal...the back seats and the back cargo area are almost perfect. Wheels are in almost perfect condition...tires are a few years old and showing some age cracking but the tread is deep and good.All the glass is good without cracks and blemishes...BAD: The hood and roof have sun fade in some spots and has 2 up dimples from the hood being blown shut on top of some jumper cables once... The rear panel below the window has the typical Ford/Mercury/Lincoln cold weather panel crack...I have a new panel that comes with the Aviator.The CD disc changer has stopped working, and there seems to be an issue with the interior light not working when the dash lights are turned up to highest brightness.UGLY: There is an oil leak from the oil pressure sensor...The biggest issue is water collecting in the oil...I've had the heads off and tested and they were good, but there still is water getting in somewhere. It starts, runs and drives well...but with the oil issue, I wouldn't until it's corrected. I've owned this Aviator since 2005 and about 40,000 miles...now it has 148694. This Aviator would make an easy fix up project...fix/repair the engine...take care of the hood paint and the rear panel and it's a sweet road ride. The pics attached are from last spring...took them in my driveway, and the Aviaotr has been in that drive since then, except for a few times that I took her to work and downtown...right now, she's covered in dust! I'd keep the Aviator, but the driveway is full and I've got other rides that need my attention and funds, and I've got to prioritize.
