Selling my 2014 Mazda5 Touring. This car was purchased brand new in Pompano and has been in South Florida its whole life. Saltless winters mean the undercarriage is in perfect shape with no rust. I always take great care of my cars and I think it shows with this one. It runs like new. I honestly had planned on keeping it much longer but fate laughed and another baby showed up. The car has been very low maintenance and I always stayed way out in front of the schedule. Washed and waxed regularly. 303 protectant on the plastics. Car has just over 65,000 miles (low for the year) but as it is currently a daily driver it will creep up. I will update the listing as-needed. Please message me if you want to know more. This is a unique, low mileage 5. You won’t find another one like it. It really needs to be seen in person. Over the years I have added the following upgrades (most were added around June 2017). I have a history in automotive work and specifically wiring so everything was done top notch: Mazda OEM Roof Rack (a re-branded Thule). Mazda OEM Remote Start System. Mazda OEM Window Vent Visors and Trunk Scuff Plate. Vision Tech America Rear/Side View Camera System. Features a back-up camera and rear blind spot cameras that turn on with the turn signal. All cameras can be manually activated as well. Screen is embedded in rearview mirror. Rostra 250-1920-FZ Front-Mount Parking Assist System Blacksys CH-100 Front/Rear Hardwired Dashcam system. Wires hidden away and rear camera embedded in tailgate so it moves out of the way when loading/unloading. Mildly Upgraded Sound System. Factory head unit with Pioneer GM-D1004 and Rockford-Fosgate Speakers.The factory speakers are notoriously weak. This just made it a nice system, no heavy bass or anything. Added multiple port port locations: Double USB-B charging port at rear of center console for second row passengers. Double USB-B charging port in third row. Double USB-B charging port in trunk. 12V outlet in front shifter console area upgraded to stand alone 15A circuit with 12Ga wire so the outlet can support whatever you throw at it. Additional 12V outlet on this new circuit also added in trunk area. Puddle lights added under rearview mirrors/rear bumper and lighting added to third row/trunk. Connected to factory dome light dimmer circuit with a solid state relay so the new lights fade in/out with the factory lighting while not adding any load to it. Works like factory. Curt Class 1 trailer hitch and wiring interface. Wiring is tucked away in the jack storage area inside the trunk for safe keeping/no corrosion. Never actually used the hitch. Morimoto LED headlight bulbs added in factory projector housings. Radiant barrier/bubble insulation added to ceiling above headliner while wiring was being done. Keeps the car much cooler when parked. A “South Florida Modification” that makes for quicker remote start cool down and overall more comfortable interior. Imperial High Performance Transmission Cooler with Magnefine 3/8" transmission filter. The filter/cooler are installed downstream of the factory coolant based transmission cooler so it can still warm the fluid during colder weather. Bilstein rear shock absorbers. AVS hood deflector. Dash Designs retractable sun shade. Ram Mount 1” ball mounted to dash. Currently set-up for a large format smartphone but Ram has many options to cut your needs. Windows tinted with 3M tint: Driver/Passenger/Rear Tailgate at 20%. Rear Doors/Rear Quarters at 5%. Maintenance:Oil always changed every 5,000 miles with Castrol Synthetic.Always maintained with a “fix it if it’s worn out” approach.Done within the last 1 month/1,000 miles:Engine and Cabin air filters replaced. Air boxes cleaned.MAF Sensor and throttle body cleaned.Replaced Crankshaft Position Sensor.New main grounding system. Engine-Chassis-Battery are now all connected with a 4 gauge copper grounding wire assembly. This system ties into the factory ground as so nothing was removed.Dayco poly-rib serpentine belt.Driver and passenger front floor mats replaced.Done within the last 12 months/8,000 miles:Bilstein rear shocks.New set of Coopers Zeon RS3-G1 Tires (205/50R17XL) added in July 2017.Autocraft Gold battery. Done June 2017/52,000 miles:Transmission fluid changed in 2017 at ~52,000 miles. This was a true flush, not just a pan drain and change. Castrol fluid.NGK Iridium Spark plugs.This period is when the majority of the electronics/audio/interior upgrades were added. They have been functioning perfect ever since.

Hot heat. Cruise control, Stereo/CD player, bluetooth phone, dual sliding doors. Everything works. No leaks, no problems. Nothing wrong with it. Not a single issue. Major repairs that have been done:-Axles/CV Joints - 103K miles-New front and rear shocks - 88K miles. -Front and rear brakes - 88K miles. (Original brakes lasted till then)-Tires - 92K miles. -All belts -76K miles. -Door lock actuator 76k miles-Synthetic transmission fluid changed at 30, 60, 90k miles. Car has a hitch in the back for bike rack (included in the sale). Car has roof rack -that can be included in sale (OEM Mazda/Thule), for extra $200.Registered in CA, Clean and clear title in hand.
