Great Car, the engine doesn't work it is sell as it is.

2005 Mazda RX-8 for sale. I have not had it long. It starts, runs, and drives amazing. If I was in need of another car, I would keep it! The 6 speed is fun to drive. It has 180429 miles on it and it will go up slightly as I drive it ocassionally. Tires and brakes are great. A/C is cold. AM/FM CD player. Oil pressure is great and temp stays where it should be. The front lower facia lip is zip tied up. More than likely the previous owner pulled up on a curb as the car sits low. Check engine light is on, but I haven't had it checked to see what it is. It obviously doesn't affect the driveability or operation of the car. I am not a shipper nor do I have a connection to one. U-Ship.com is an excellent place for a quick quote. Mint condition, One owner, technically 2 now that I purchased from original owner, 2 weeks ago. (No engine rebuilds) I have put 500 miles on it and it runs flawlessly. Just had a compression test done at the dealer today, and a top to bottom detail job. Up to date on all Mazda recalls and has had 2stroke pre mix since day 1. Fresh oil change today.The compression numbers are as followsRotor 1110 psi 113 psi 115 psiRotor 2 117 psi 122 psi 119 psi Series 1 engine with 4 speed automatic transmission with manual paddle shifters. All tires have lots of tread and even wear. All leather and interior is in perfect condition. All body panels are dent and scratch free. 2 rims have very minor scuff marks near the outer bead. These are the only flaws I can find on the entire the car. I only accept a cash purchase or cleared check payment for purchase.

This has been my daily driver for most of the 3+ years I've owned it. It's a blast to drive and still looks great despite some minor flaws. I bought the car at 68k miles and have had zero engine problems. This is the automatic; it's great for daily driving and has paddles if you still want to shift manually, but it's not quite as fast as the manual. Of course, it has all of the quirks that the car and its rotary engine is known for. It has a new new battery, new brakes, and new rear tires. Let me know if you are interested.
