2000 Mercedes-Benz CLK-430 AMG-Sport We are pleased to present this absolutely GORGEOUS Mercedes-Benz CLK430 Convertible. These cars are legendary for many reasons, and are becoming increasingly difficult to find. The V8 models like this one, are especially rare, and virtually impossible to track down. On top of that, this one is incredibly well optioned. What makes this car truly special though is that it has just 40k owner miles on it! The interior of the CLK430 is in very good condition. It has ash (gray) genuine leather heated seats with beautiful walnut accents on the dash and door panels. The car has the BOSE audio system upgrade which sounds excellent. There is a cassette player in the dash, and a 6 disc CD changer in the trunk. The previous owner of this car was definitely a non-smoker. The cigarette lighter hasn't even been used, and there is no odor at all. There is a cup holder that accommodates two beverages which folds out of the center console. This Mercedes has dual front airbags, as well as front side airbags. Both front seats are, of course, fully power with controls on the doors. The steering wheel also tilts and telescopes. There is a set of the original carpet floor mats included, and they are in like-new condition. The genuine wool carpets under them are very niceas well. The exterior of this CLK430 is in incredible condition, and is Brilliant Silver in color. It really makes the car stand out, and the condition of the paint is absolutely gorgeous. This color makes this car so eye-catching. Since this is a CLK430 AMG-Sport, it has the AMG styling kit which includes different front and rear bumers, along with AMG side skirts. These also have lightly blue tinted windows which tie in the with the ash interior. Along with that, it also has AMG's signature 5 spoke alloy wheels which are staggered (wider in the rear). It gives the car a very muscular appearance. Speaking of muscular, the V8 CLKs get a performance exhaust system which gives them an incredible rumble at idle, and quite a bark under heavy acceleration. During normal cruising, the exhaust note is completely quiet, as you'd expect from a Mercedes-Benz. The tires are matching Michelins with tons of tread left. The brakes are in good shape and the car stops as it should. There are no warning lights illuminated, and the car runs and drives excellently. It has xenon headlamps with high-pressure washer jets. This CLK430 drives just like you'd expect a Mercedes to drive. It's very smooth, while still handling well. The engine and transmission operate properly. We cannot predict what components will fail in the future, or when they will fail. This is simply the nature of older higher mileage used vehicles. The best that we can do is assure that the car is operating properly at the time of purchase. This car is sold as-is, and we cannot be held responsible for any mechanical or non-mechanical failure. Additionally, because we do not know the inspection requirements of other states, we cannot guarantee that this vehicle will pass any out-of-state inspections.
