Fees and Taxes OUT OF STATE BUYER FEES: A $249.00 dealer paperwork prep fee that includes title re-assignment will be added to the sale price of every vehicle or winning bid of any auction. A 60 day temporary registration will be provided to any out of state buyer free of charge. PA RESIDENT FEES: eimports4Less is a PA dealer and registered tag agent for the State of Pennsylvania. We will collect all state sales tax for any PA resident and complete your vehicle titling process. The buyer will pay a $112 document fee, your applicable sales tax, registration, licensing, inspection and any other applicable PA State Fees.
