This is a great daily driver or a fun weekend car. Everyone should enjoy having a convertible sports car once in their life! The SLK is small and sporty with the look of a coupe when the hard top is up or convertible roadster at the touch of a button. The car runs quiet at high speeds. This car has a classic design that maintains taste and style. V-6 engine is smooth and quiet yet strong and fast when needing torque for speedy freeway entries or quick passing maneuvers. This car was purchased in 2008 from a dealer in Cypress, CA. In 2011 I moved and had the car shipped to me in Austin, TX. Clean CARFAX, No accidents or damage. 25 Reported Service records. 215 Horsepower @ 5,700 rpm. 229 ft-lbs. Torque @ 3,000... rpm. 5-speed automatic transmission with manual shifting mode. Rear Wheel drive. Engine and transmission are smooth and strong. Suspension is tight, no rattles, no bangs, feels like new. Every button, every knob, everything works. The exterior is in excellent condition, headlights and taillights are in amazing shape and the paint shines like new. The interior is mint, the leather is in excellent condition, the carpet, floor mats and trunk area look pretty much brand new. All maintenance up to date. This SLK320 was originally purchased in Georgia, then came to Florida and was traded in at Mercedes Benz of Orlando wen it had 25,538 miles. Many parts were replaced under warranty and the recommended service was performed at the dealer before it was sold to the second owner. Both the second and third owners resided in Florida and kept up with maintenance with regular visits to Brumos Motor Cars in Jacksonville for scheduled recommended maintenance and various repairs. The third owner had it the longest (since June 2009), drove it the most (bought it with 44,405 miles) and took care of it the most. At 48,914 the rear-view mirror, the Tail light assembly and the brake light switch were replaced. At 58,720 the transmission was serviced, and brake fluid was flushed. At 70,712 Spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, trunk weather-strip and valve cover gaskets were replaced. At 85,032 Brake fluid was again flushed. At 95,605 the clutch pilot bearing, clutch bushings, cabin air filter and idler pulley were replaced, along with full differential service. 6 Disk CD Player in the Trunk. Convertible Top Works as it should in both directions. A/C is ice cold. Heat works as it should. Windscreen that can be removed and stored in the trunk. 16” Mercedes Aluminum Wheels in excellent condition, wrapped in a nice fresh staggered set of tires that are 205/55R16 in the front and 225/50R16 in the back. Back in 2003, The SLK320 was quite an upgrade from the base SLK230 Kompressor. Base Price was $40,000.00 for the SLK230 and $46,000.00 for the SLK320. This SLK320 Cabriolet was very well taken care of by its previous owners and it’s a joy to drive and to look at. The car comes with everything that you see in the pictures. All books, all original tools, window sticker, etc.…. This Mercedes has received our Tier 3 detailing package and is being stored at our showroom under a cover. Dynamat soundproofing material has been installed throughout the interior and trunk area, keeping for a much quieter interior ride. Even the Mercedes logo has been replaced on the steering wheel. They designed this vehicle right the first time, the only shortcoming was power and this vehicle has it. The Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class is a compact luxury roadster manufactured by Daimler-Benz in three generations; R170 launched in 1996, the R171 in 2004 and R172 in 2011.
