For sale is a 3000gt vr4. Currently taken apart. Car has all parts that will go with it. Included is new top end which needs to be put together. Car has 98 front end conversion which is not on the car. Front bumper does have a crack in it. 5sp manual transmission. Awd. No warranties. Car sold as is where is.

Very clean 1992 Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR-4. 3.0 L 24 valve DOHC twin turbo V6. Equipped with all wheel drive and all wheel steering. Electronically controlled suspension to choose between sport and touring mode. Has active aero that functions (rear spoiler lifts and front air dam drops at 50mph). Tien lowering springs (1.5” front, 1.3” rear). Manual dual stage boost controller allows user to run up to 15 lbs of boost at the flip of a switch on current fuel set up. Hot wired fuel pump. Open air filter. 3sx stainless Y pipe. Tanabe 3” stainless turbo back exhaust with gutted pre-cats and straight pipe. (OEM exhaust is available and in good condition) AEM boost gauge and air/fuel ratio gauge on a pillar pod. Short shifter with polyurethane bushings. Solid motor mounts. 3sx 2” core radiator. Hertz sound system with 10” subwoofer. Transmission was rebuilt with a new clutch at 100,000 miles. All fluids changed and maintenance performed religiously. There is probably more that has been done that I can’t think of. This was a long term project car for me, but I am making a big move and cannot bring the vehicle with. Clean title, 1995 Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo JDM RHD 3000GT VR4 EVO RX7 SUPRA GTR SKYLINE STi This car starts right up and is really fun to drive, very fast! Sad to see it go. A lot of work has already been done on this VR4. Russell Allen, a popular mechanic from 3si forums did the following work in April of 2018: new Short Block, rebuilt heads, all new seals, new head gasket, new axles, new engine and wheel bearings, new hubs, oil pump, crank key, water pump, timing belt, hoses, spark plugs, and clutch (cost $3,500+). Tires have a lot of tread. Speedo isn't working, looks like it's a speed sensor issue, gauge says 154k, but not sure if that is correct since I'm not getting a read from the speedo. Parking brake needs to be reattached, windshield is cracked, needs new radio, bottom half of driver and passenger seats need some work. A/C and heater work great. super fast and fun project car with most the hard work complete, just needs a bit more to finish up. That should be everything I know about the car, I haven't had it very long myself but I'm being told I have too many cars and need to let some go. My loss is your gain. This 1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 Spyder is one of the rare imports that I absolutely love. I believe there were 514 of the Caracas Red with grey leather interior models made. Also, I believe a little over 1000 were produced total. The twin turbo V6 engine is silky smooth and sounds great. I'm a car dealer, but bought this for my personal collection, so I know how to take care of cars. I'm selling this one because I need room for a new project. For a 23 year old car, it's mechanically in great condition and the Autocheck shows 0 accidents. The top works but sometimes needs a hand to push it, sometimes it does not. I have overhauled the suspension with OEM struts and 2 piece driveshaft. It has never left oil underneath it, which if you know these cars, is rare. As far as I know, the all wheel steering and all wheel drive works as well. Yes, when you shift under heavy load, you get the satisfying "WHOOSH," from the turbos. It has the original spare. For the new buyer, I'd recommend finding a new headliner (which I think you can pull off a normal 3000GT), and changing the exhaust tips. I had the exhaust done and for some reason my guy put these tips on and I was furious. There are no check engine lights or anything of that nature. Even the ECS Sport suspension works, and it better, the new shocks I bought were $300 a piece. Cosmetically, the rear spoiler has peeling clear coat, along with a small spot or two behind the rear glass. There is a small bubble (rust?) spot directly in the middle of the frame of the windshield on the top. I firmly believe the value of these cars is going up, especially when they reach the 25 year mark. Let me know if you have any questions, I have more photos available on request.
