I’m Selling A Nice, Rare, Original And In Great Condition1991 Mitsubishi Montero LS 4 Door In (Geneva Green Metallic) with Brown Cloth Interior.. This is the LS model. DESCRIPTION: For sale is an well maintained 1991 Mitsubishi Montero LS model 4X4 4-Wheel Drive, automatic transmission with 267k miles. Has a clean and clear title. Well used but never abused, great condition for a 28 year old truck . Runs and drives great. All services are up to date. This is a rare and classic SUV showing average wear and tear. It comes with two keys, tools / jack. Vehicle has the original Mitsubishi glass all the way around except the windshield. Its a rare, unmolested survivor. Please contact me with any questions. (see pics) Comes with New Weather Tech floor-mats This LS Has the sunroof but it doesn’t appear to be working. It doesn’t leak but they still will need to be replaced in time. PAINT AND BODY: The body is rust free and in great shape, color is Geneva Green Metallic. It does have some very light dents and or scratches on the body but nothing to serious. Rock chips have been touched up with a matched touch up paint. Does have some clear peeling and some bubbling here and there. I had a mobile auto body guy come out and fix some corrosion spots in the lower left and right front and rear body repaired recently. Headliner is in good shape with very little damage but needs to be cleaned. Front and rear bumpers have been refinished with a durable black rubberized coating. Undercarriage cleaned and corrosion coating professionally applied. This Montero is 28 years old so please don't expect it to look like a new vehicle. WHEELS AND TIRES: Original aluminum wheels and steel spare. Tires are Hankook Dynapro MT 30X9.50R15 mud terrain and are in good used condition with plenty of tread left. ELECTRICAL AND ACCESSORIES It has the factory A/C system that works great and blows cold (guaranteed) Has auto door locks and power windows.. No warning lights on in dash of any kind.. EXHAUST: Exhaust system is in good shape with new gaskets 0 leaks. I already have an extra set of fenders and liners from a 2001 that are included. • Instrument Cluster – Temp gauge scale is off by about ¼ low. This is a simple fix that just needs a little solder on the back of the instrument cluster. • Snorkel – The pipe connecting the snorkel to the airbox inside the fender has become detached a little, allowing some air in at a much lower point than the snorkel head. Needs to be resealed or if you decide to replace the fenders altogether to fix the first problem, I’ve got the original piping needed to delete the snorkel and go back to the stock intake if preferred. • Rear Suspension – Cannot be aligned all the way because the adjustment bolts are seized. They need to be replaced before the rear alignment can be done. Truck drives nicely though considering. I purchased the lifetime alignment at Pep Boys. • Cosmetics - Plenty of pinstriping from 4x4ing tight AZ trails, Bedliner and Hood Paint job are looking faded. Interior is clean and in good shape for its age. Tan in color which is the color option to get over black for the Phoenix heat. • Previous owner disconnected the Sunroof because it wasn't working correctly. Probably just needs a new motor or switch. I have both parts but just haven't had time to investigate/install them.
